We have an important update in regards to the VIP Bronze Pro level for Neteller accounts, and it is already effective from today. Fortunately, these changes are in favour of the client.

1. VIP Bronze Pro customers will need to transact $6.000 in order to obtain the VIP Silver level within a quarter (previous threshold was $7.500).

2. Both transactions to merchants AND Crypto exchange transactions are considered eligible for the VIP upgrade. This is a very important development.

3. So far, VIP Bronze Pro clients were only allowed to be upgraded to the Sliver VIP level, if they had an eligible deposit with a unique payment instrument. This is NOT the case any more. From now on, VIP Bronze Pro customers, will be upgraded to Siver VIP customers, if/when they transact $6.000, no mater if they had an eligible deposit or not.

These are definitely good news, as they can help people to reduce some of the fees.

What a surprise! Maybe their business are going down already. All people that I talk to are withdrawing their money from Skrill and Neteller. Keep up the good work guys and maybe one day when they wake up they will realise the millions they lost.
