I'm more making sure but if you find a bet  (totally imaginary scenario) with 1.01 and bet 10k euro, you'd still get 100euro cashback, no matter if it wins or not?

First of all welcome to the forum.
You need to be extremely careful with your maths otherwise you will lose your shorts. A 0.1% cash back on a 10k bet is 10 euros and not 100.

If this is the case then you should expect a 100 cash back. BTW, 1.01 arbs do exist.
