A test account I was provided yesterday by PremiumTradings for sbobet had some of the odds slightly lower (0.01) than what I was seeing on my personal sbobet account. Is this normal? Should the odds not be identical?

I was having a chat with them about all the products they offer and got faced with a fact that they would charge 0.2% from weekly turnover for their Shark tool(Betfair). Upon asking if this is the same for Arbusers clients, operator replied that it's the same. If so, please confirm this and add to the first page.

PT asked me to submit documents for KYC if I want to use Sharktool for Betfair.
Is this standard?

Once your transactions get over a certain limit you will be asked for this by PT anyway so I would say its normal.
