just spoke to premium tradings on their live chat but they have said they no longer accept GBP payments from skrill or bank transfer.

is that correct? how can i have a pinnacle account now then?

i don't understand them as on their transaction page for skrill it says Available Currencies: Euro, GBP, USD,

and when you click register there is option to select GBP currency on the page!?!

I Registered to premiumtradings from Arbusers and for some time i used it without any problem, in general they offer a great service. But recently due to some inactivity in betting i find a few rules that they have and i think are pretty unfair and ill deffinetly wont continue with them.

After 3 months of innactivity they close your account and charge 5% for every inactive month, since the date of the last bet.
Ok, i admit that getting innactive was my fault due to some personal problems, but 3 months sounds very short time and 5% complitely
abusive...

And the worst is that they didnt send me an email saying, "your account will be closed soon" or something like this... a few days before the closing they sent me an email asking for my feedback with some questions about premium trading etc, and at the end of the email a small comment about my account will be closed soon... Do you think something so important can be in a feedback email and not in the title of the email?

This rule of 3months and 5% of balance per month is abusive in my opinion, and the worst is that the email they sent me for alert is the worst alert i ever seen... something so important cant be in a feedback email, if i see that my account will be closed soon in the title, i enter to my account place a bet and problem solved... but well i suppose this way they hide to clients that the account soon will be closed and this way they get extra money. Completely unfair.

Hi masvi,

This is Ivo from the Marketing department of PremiumTradings. I'm very sorry to hear you had this experience and I can assure you we have thoroughly looked into your case and the way communication has gone with you.

You have a profile with us which has been inactive for more than 3 months. One month before the automatic closure took place you were sent an email asking you for feedback on your inactivity and reminding you of the fees applied for it. In this email you were directly asked why you do not play in your account. The point of it is for us to know what is the reason you have stopped playing with us and if there are improvements you would like to see, and, on the other hand, this way we remind you of the inactivity fees too.
No action was taken on your side, nor did we receive a reply. Later on the accounts were already closed. No reply came along again until recently you came to Live Chat where you addressed the issue.

Also there is a weekly report you receive from us, and I believe that this is a good reminder that you have accounts with PremiumTradings whose state you can see inside the reporting. And these reports which you receive every week are better and more than a potential one-time "your account will be closed soon" email to alert you of you (in-)activity of your PremiumTradings profile.

Lastly, we do have clear Terms & Conditions which were already stated to you and you are familiar with.

With the above in mind, I would like to sum up that the case was taken care of carefully and was properly communicated despite the bad experience it might have left you with for which I am sorry to hear. I hope this made things clearer, and now that I see you have your accounts reopened, I hope everything is fine at the moment. If there is anything unclear, feel free to come to Live Chat or write to our Support Team at support@premiumtradings.com so we can help you out with anything you need.

It speaks very well of premiumtradings that they come forward and address the issues raised. It really does.

However it does not change the fact that 5% after 3 months is an abuse and premiumtradings don't seem to be willing to make exceptions. Good warning for the rest of us.

Hi arbusers! I wanted to make a public post about unfair acting of premium tradings, and warn you about potential problems you might have when laying a bet which should later be voided because of VAR intervention. A general and clearly logical rule from premium tradings is if you layed a bet after a goal has been scored, and later on the goal was denied by VAR is that all those bets should be void, however, it seems to me that they are having double standards about it and decide will they void your bets or not from a situation to a situation, probably after seeing the end result of a match (you will get to see if your bet is voided after the match has ended).

Last Sunday I layed a draw bet on Roma vs Cagliari, right after a goal, in the 90'min. couple of minutes later the goal was canceled from the VAR room, and I ended with a huge lost bet that should have been voided, but they decided not to void it, https://gyazo.com/c8b4e3fdc641e0956355257307f03020

I have reached PT support to make an objection, and they told me that their official stand is that the bet is lost, without even taking in consideration my arguments why a bet should be void. After a couple of emails I asked them to give me any argument from their side why they dont void my bet and got this email https://gyazo.com/5ec8b5bc27c6059e3fffab1c3d9dd9dc  which was pretty absurd to me since the game has started at 15:00gmt+2, this would mean that I have made a bet 2 hours and 15mins after the game has started, and that the VAR situation occured 2hours and 45mins after the game has started. My reply to their email was this  https://gyazo.com/6619c3f6f4890c4ea500bcdcd8076eac  . They realized that they were wrong  https://gyazo.com/65fb863b169372acb15153c2ab80208d  and admitted what was the actual time of the bet, but that didnt changed their mind about making a bet void.

When comparing the time of laying a bet with the start time of the match anyone who wants to see it would see what I am talking about, and realize their mistake. But not them...

I have to say, so far everything with premium tradings was pretty fair, but this situation made me thinking... Maybe it was a bug in their system concerning the time log of bets, or any other technical problem, but when giving them arguments and proofs about my stand, and all you get from them is "This is our official stand, the bet is lost". It just doesnt seem right. It seems pretty malicious.

Hi miloshr5,

This is Ivo from the Marketing department of PremiumTradings and I would like to address your case as a PremiumTradings representative one more time even though this has been already discussed with my colleagues.

You have placed a lay bet in FairExchange on Roma v Cagliari, and the game ended as draw. Your bet was settled as losing since it was placed before the VAR was required and the goal was cancelled in this game. This case was very carefully handled, I assure you, as we have checked with FairExchange on the matter and they gave us an official statement, that since the bet was placed at 16.53 GMT+2 and the situation with the cancelled goal occurred at 17:45 GMT+2, the bet is valid and a losing one.

The confusion in the hour in the first e-mail you are presenting has no relevance towards the final result and the final decision of the sportsbook since in both situations your bet has been placed in the time frame, and each user who is reading the e-mails will understand it. What is more, the sportsbooks we offer are not related to our systems, so if they might have technical interruptions, both things are incompatible. Again, this was explained as well.
