Re: PremiumTradings offer
My complaint was based on their main transactions page indicating no transaction fees for Bank withdrawal.
On contacting their support about this they directed me to another page that contradicts the info on the link i attached earlier.
This is poor behaviour in my view.
Naturally, you presume you aren't going to be stung for 250 EUR when you execute your right to 'one free withdrawal per calendar month'.
Sheeessh! Just the cost of doing business with this agent i guess.
Just came as an unpleasant surprise.
Time to re assess the viability of using them.
But if I want access to Pinnacle odds I may just have to suck it up.
dealer wins, thanks for the steer. i'll look into it.

Yep. I have just recently met the rollover requirements. So this is my first withdrawal.
I was referred to the following T&Cs when i moaned about the 3% charge

Re: PremiumTradings offer
Based on the lack of historical grumbling on this thread I am beginning to think that I may be the only person to have used PT to withdraw to Bank? I am guessing the rest of you use eWallets?
Now I am being told that there is a limit on the fiat amount that can be withdrawn to Bank.
And they are suggesting i take the rest in Bitcoin - but their Bitcoin exchange rate is even more exorbitant than their 3% surcharge on withdrawals to Bank so I have declined. (not to mention the volatility of that currency means i could suffer an even greater haircut)
I have noted that throughout my withdrawal communications there has been a subtle push to use Bitcoin. I presumed this was because they could skim more from the transaction via the exchange rate they used.
But then i wondered if foreknowledge of upcoming Bitcoin transactions could prove profitable to agents. In my case this is only a small 4 figure amount but if many customers are using Bitcoin the amount the agent is transacting could sum to a significant amount and possibly move the market? And if they know how the market is going to move could they exploit that for their own profit?
Anyway, we are always learning and I am certainly learning here. Once bitten, twice shy and all that. Hopefully as i document this experience with PT it can help others enter into any similar relationship with their eyes fully open.

Re: PremiumTradings offer
Of course, it is not pleasant to have limited payment getaways, but both PT and AC were hit hard from the Pandemic breakout, after mid-March. Now slowly recovering.
In this gloomy environment, one should add that e-wallets got tougher than before and I can only suppose that P2P transactions are not that easy anymore, not helping the business model of an agent who is constantly looking to reduce costs. Just read the forum and the e-wallets section and you ll find out what I am talking about.
As for the BTC hypothesis, I have serious doubts if an agent is able to decide the direction of the price, especially when based on its own volumes deriving from the client's deposits and withdrawals. One could make several hypotheses here, but most probably the money circulation in Asia and elsewhere should be conducted in BTC predominantly.

Well. You scared me away from ever using PT as an agent. Why in the world are they charging 3% for a bankwire withdraw? That is INSANE. I never heard of such a high fee for a bank wire before. And from your link I can see that they also charge you 2-3% for every deposit you make. That is just crazy..

Re: PremiumTradings offer
Well, once all the KYC rigmarole was completed my withdrawal was in my account REALLY fast.
So well done to PT in that regard.
And their CS has always been faultless.
I am guessing that agents have an affiliate type relationship with the books so that they receive a cut of all losses that a customer makes at a book.
But if, as we are noticing, Pinnacle and co are becoming less sharp then customers are actually profiting at the books hence the agents are not getting those cuts. So they have to generate revenue using other mechanisms.

Re: PremiumTradings offer
PT have previously stated on this forum that they don't take positions on clients, they just make their money (Im guessing 0.5% or so) on the turnover of their customers.
They are good for the sportsbooks as they bring many clients their way, and Pinnacle always state they welcome arbers so I guess they are still making their betting model work.
On a slightly different subject, at least even with covid rumbling on, the main sports all seem to be allowed even when everything else is locked down so hopefully things getting back to old levels for them, and us lol

Our new offer for Arbusers members gets underway!
You can all get an account with the following bookies:

With most of the bookies, commissions will be awarded automatically as soon as the bet is settled!
On top of that, we are also able to provide you BetFair accounts with 3.8% fees attached over your winnings. Fees are fixed, no matter what your turnover is or where you are from! (Not sure about your jurisdiction? Send us a PM)

Hello.
Can someone confirm if the by request option is available in Bet Broker ?
I can't send any bet to be approved by traders for 2 days, and the maximum stake displayed in Bet Broker is very small..
