Betfair has recently closed access Italians, however we can still see the site with our IP , I think maybe there is conflict between the betfair account provided  and Italian IP

You are allowed to login but I don't think you can bet on the exchange from an Italian IP.  You would need a foreign IP.

i found a betfair link that works with italy IP

If you win 100Euro, you are paid 60Euro.
If you lose 100Euro, you pay 60 Euro.

I asked your support 3 times what bookies and exchanges are available in USD. 1st answer by chat operators was Pinnalce and IBC. 2nd one by email was Pinnacle, IBC and ED. 3rd one by email was Pinnacle, IBC, ED, 1bet, Singbet. Administrator has been told they are all bookies except ISN and Betfair.

All answers are diffrenet. I don't know which is correct at all. I just would like you to open all bookies account which are available in USD. Could you post a correct answer here ?

That is one of the strangest gambling rules I have ever seen. Why would IBC not just use the actual currency. I haven't used them yet but this must add severe time on when working out the stake for an arb, not bad for pre match but live that could be killer. If the IBC required stake is say £2500 in real money then what would be the correct calculation to get it to 'IBC money'?

Calculate first the ibc stake and made it round. Then to the other book. An excell will help you! I also had a note next to my monitors with a few stakes at ibc and the real money they represent. After some practice it will be less than 1 more second calculations to place the arb! I dont have found it hard! Also the same with 0,45 singbet... I find it simple with good notes next to screen!

Available accounts with $ currency:
Pinnacle, IBC, ED, 1bet, Singbet.

So are 1bet lines identical to IBCbet? When i tested a demo account they were lower.

If stake 1000 in IBC, will cashback be 0.6 (1000*0.6*0.001) ?

Mini risk in Pinnacle is $50. This is not good for arbers.

you calculation is correct, but in IBC bet statment you will still see W/L -100.
The calculation is done manually- we just charge you/ credit you with your account balance X 60%
(in the example above, your IBC account balance is displayed as  -100, but in the report you will get from us, we will record you only -60).
Regarding commissions:
it is paid on your valid turnover. meaning: if you place a 100 Euro bet, commission is paid only on 60 Euro.
1bet: it has a minimum spread from IBC odds, usually half a point (if IBC odds are 1.90, 1bet odds will be 1.895). On the other hand- you will get 80% share of the 1bet account comparing to 60% in IBC.

Will 100 be deducted from balance soon after the 100 bet @ 2.00 ?
If the bet wins, will 80 be deducted from balance later ? If it loses, will you credit 40 to balance later ?

Will the balance in IBC (not balance in report but real balance I can see while logging in) move like below ?

100 [initial balance] → 0 [stake 100 @ 2.00 ] → 200 [ the bet wins ] → 120 [60% rule applied]

                                                                  →    0 [ the bet loses ] →  40 [60% rule applied]

I have to know how % share rule work and how real balances I cna see move in each 60% IBC, 80% 1bet and 45% Sing before starting to use them. The reason is I count each accounts balance, record them and check whether there is no difference between currecnt balances and my spreadsheet balances which are calculated using settled bets.

The balance which you are going to see in your IBC account is not going to be changed. The calculation is done by us on either of the following occasions:
1. we send you weekly balance report of all your accounts
2. you wish to cash out or deposit
we just calculate 60% of your IBC displayed balance and send you real numbers.
We are also aware to the fact that if you deposit 100 Euro stake them all and lose, your balance with us is -60 while actually you have no funds to bet on in IBC. This is why once you deposit 100 Euro, we will credit your account with X1.66 credits = 166 euro
