Is there a website collecting/recording the actual starting time of football matches?
I am not looking for the scheduled starting times, like 8pm etc, but for the real exact starting times of matches to the second.
For example, the footballl match Grenada VS Real Madrid was scheduled to start at 16:15:00 on 21.11.2021 but i noted it actually started at 16:15:45.
these 45 seconds do not seem important, but they are when you need to prove your bet was placed before a goal.
So that is why i am looking for a website collecting such data for football, hockey and rugby

A live stream from a bookmaker would do the job but again there is a 8-20 seconds delay to the feed. Another problem, you will not be able to record the data after the end of the game.

my problem is i placed several live bets during different matches just before a corner. By the time my bet was confirmed by the bookmaker (around 8 to 10 seconds after i clicked on "Confirm"), the player had kicked the ball and it was mid-air between the corner post and the other players. So, the goals were scored less than a second or two after my bets were validated. 10 or 15 days after the matches, when i wanted to withdraw the money, they voided the bets telling me they were placed with an unfair advantage. What the hell?! And when a goal after a corner kick was canceled because of a foul or VAR, then the bets were not voided. It is really like "heads" they win, "tails" you loose
I guess my only choice here is to find the exact scoring times of each match, so that i can prove i had no unfair advantage when placing the bets.
So if anyone know an official website recording or collecting such data, please share

it's a french bookmaker named winnamax.
i am suing them, they owe me more than 400 000 €
i used the cash out feature on several bets before the last match, then i tried to withdraw the money, a few days later they blocked my account for 3 weeks. when they reopened it, all the bets i cashed out were "transformed" into "ongoing bets" as if the cash outs never happened, and last but not least most selections composing those bets were voided.
So instead of winning 400 k, i only won 8k.
I dont know if i am being clear here, but with the exact scoring times, i would crush them in court. I dont care if my bets were validated a billionth of a second before a goal, as long as it is before a goal, they have no rights to void them. They have been ignoring my lawyer for the past 9 months, so now...game on

When considering using that agency, I found that they operate with an extremely huge margin, partly because of the French taxes and legislation. You've already seen their semi-shady business model, causing you problems. And beware, they may try to lure you by boosted odds.
