It is discussed several times and there is no standard answer. It all comes down to your needs, your preferences and your circumstances. Someone would be happy with RB, but someone else is happier with BB and vice versa.
Maybe the best solution is to have both of them, but then the budgeting questions come up. I always use 2 or 3 alert services when big tournaments like World Cups, Euros, etc, so for me there is not even a question. Try both and then you will figure out.
