I don't understand what you mean.  You CAN change the odds manually inside the betting web browser (in the panels to the left), and all calculations will update correctly. If this doesn't work for you, please contact support and we can investigate. I've heard of no other customer having problems with this.

I am kinda of new in arb betting.

I am currently trying this software, firstly I got few right arbs, but for last few days more than 90% are not true arbs as odds are different as well as it takes a lot of time to update odds, i guess it is the same thing.  Is it supposed to be like that, or rebel software is not as good as other ones?

There is nothing wrong with the odds, the problems MilasiusZ reported (in December) must have been a temporary error, or a problem on his end. Actually, we've just become faster since then, and our odds quality might be the best of all services (meaning, fewest number of bad arbs and wrongly matched odds).
