I sent RB an email about my problem on friday (3 November), still they didn't reply. No arbs shown in my RB. It says "Received 0 arbs". Anybody else experiencing this problem? Is there a problem in RB?

Hi Sawyer , my RB software working fine at the moment. Also im pretty sure RB dont answer fast (or at all) emails in the weekend , they will answer you in monday.Thats happend to me at least.

Hi! Sorry to hear this. We checked recently and we do get arbs at the moment. First, make sure that you check your filter settings so you don't hide arbs without knowing.
(Note that we offer less support during weekends)

What is happening with Rebel last few days? Program is not showing arbs last few days. I contacted support but no response :(

I will double check our spam filters as well, and see if your email may have been mistakenly marked as junk mail (!).

Regarding your concern;
How many arbs do you currently get? How many bookmakers do you use? And may I ask which bookmakers?
Have you double checked your filter settings as well?
