The first version (out of 3) will speed up the time until new arbs are displayed, and also increase stability.

Sent them an email on 20th of May and received the auto-confirmation that my email has been well received.
It was an email describing my experience with the service(negative) during the last 16months pointing where I believe they should focus in order to improve their service quality.
Almost 2 weeks later , no answer.
Not even an email , saying "thank you for your feedback".
This is their behaviour to a customer bought 12+5 months subscription.
Thank god my subscription ends next week.
No comments...

First let me say sorry you didn't receive a prompt reply Looter. Björn assigned the case to me because he thought I should read it. This was just before my trip to Prague (where I among other things met our friends at ArbitrageTraining.com). Unfortunately this also resulted in me missing to reply. Is anyone else having trouble with Pinnacle Auto-surf/Login?
Seems like Rebel-Betting is not updating the odds as fast for bWin lately; couple instances where the odds were unchanged in the software for nearly 15 minutes.
