"If a competitor retires or is disqualified bets on the Match Money Line market will have action as long as one Set has been completed, otherwise these bets will be void. Bets on other markets will be void unless the period was played to completion before the retirement or disqualification.""
If I bet on set 2 or 3 ,Is the result void ?
I lost money when arb on full match between pinnacle and bet365 ..

Is set 2 of the tennis match completed when some of these circumstances appear? Let's assume, the result is currently 1:1 at that moment (or the current result is 2:0, if the tournament is required best-of-five sets).
Is set 3 of the match is completed and the current result is NOT 3:0, let's assume that match-winner settlement is required best-of-five sets? Is the first set completed? The settlement practice is void, UNLESS THE FIRST SET IS COMPLETED, for the match-winner market, and settle the winner for the second-set-winner market or third-set-winner market, provided that they're finished, respectively, according to the statement above. What is the Customer Support Department position, when you contacted them?
Please, return here their answer. Maybe I didn't get that statement correct. And every agency has its own settlement rule on similar occasions, beware.
