In Belgium the gambling sector is pretty strictly regulated and you can only register for an account if you log in using your Belgian ID and social security number (through their online platform).
There's a couple of books where I got limited and I was wondering about the risks of creating another account using another person's ID (my wife, my brother, a friend, whatever ...)
I would also be using their bank accounts to wire the money to the account and use their info to complete any KYC procedures.
However, I was wondering about the risks implied in doing so.
Obviously I would be logging in using the same devices, on the same networks and from the same locations, so if they run a quick sweep, it will probably become apparent rather quickly that we're the same person ...
What if the operator finds out? Will they have the ability to seize my bankroll and delete my account for 'fraud'?
Could using a VPN be the solution? However, I've also heard that some books ban any use of VPN altogether ... (?)

Re: Second account after getting limited
I don't suggest using the same device and same network, the bookie will easily see the same IP and Mac address and limit your account in no time.
Also, i believe that a person in the same family will have the same surname, that's another red flag for the bookie.
The new account will have a very short life

Re: Second account after getting limited
You are going on the wrong path. You don't possess the proper knowledge and experience to pull that off.
And most importantly - your problems will arise not from the bookies sides but from TAX authorities. There is no point in explaining it, you will do what you always have done - taking the low-hanging fruit. There is no cure for peoples' laziness and stupidity.
My advice is - just don't this in you next adventure - brokers. You will lose money badly.

i don't agree with calling beginners "lazy" and "stupid".
sometimes they're just naive cause they lack the necessary experience, and we who are more experienced can give (or not give) advice without being offensive
