Betfair offers 2-factor authentication so there are no excuses there if you don't have that feature enabled. 
How are they going to steal your funds from any of the other sites? They shouldn't be able to withdraw to a payment method that is not in your name and even if they could for security reasons that wouldn't be processed instantly and you would also receive an email notification.

That was what saved me qbet, the 2 factor authentication.
What they tried doing was changing the email address for my account.
I guess that way you can withdraw to skrill

Not to mention, there's some sites where you can withdraw by UKASH. Thieves may withdraw money by ukash and use these ukash on various sites. Something very important to consider, DON'T USE ALL SAME PASSWORD AND USER NAMES ON ALL SITES. Let's say you have accounts at 30 online books. Make sure every account has a different username and a password.

Not sure about all bookies , but one of my bookies request me ID every time i change my e-mail address.
