Just checked out a demo account. Looks like no lay option on horse racing unfortunately.

Guys i don’t see any difference between orbit and sharp, placing bets its a little faster yes but the rest is very similar…

I have had several issues with Sharp after the first week, and I'm not including the lack of security / 2FA. it looks like the product was announced in a hasty manner with several inconsistencies . To me it seems unfinished and unreliable

1) My login status is constantly freezing ( a red x dot popping up at the top) . I am logged in and I can see my wallet , but I can't place bets. Only way to clear it is to relogin, something I will have to do several times within an hour on bad days.

2) For the last two days there have been problems with the wallet balance calculation, something the BIA Support has acknowledged. 2 days ago I backed under 1.5 in the Gagra v Dinamo Tbilisi match. I laid off with an ok profit. Match ended 0-0 but afterwards my back bet was voided while the lay was settled, resulting in a loss equal to my lay stake. I'm still waiting for the response on my inquiry about his issue

3) Today , another back and lay in another match, with a small profit as stated in my B&L . But the entire back stake I used is currently available and deducted from my wallet balance, although the P&L says nothing lost. Don't know when that will be fixed.

4) Although not related to Sharp, I haven't used BIA Chat much up to now, but I feel the replies I get are often way too generic for my taste. Either they are extremely well trained chat bots or they are very little service minded human beings.. Standard phrases like "rest assured" or "anything else we can help you with" are all over the place while my main issue often remains unanswered.

I have the same issue, my login status is also constantly freezing, and today a new problem with my account balance, missing more than 1000€. Support says that they are working on fixing the problem, I understand this is a new product, but it's getting frustrating.
The account statement is not very user-friendly, it doesn't show the account balance.

Since yesterday I have also lacked several thousand euros from my account and you always write about technical problems. That doesn't seem very serious. It cannot take days to restore the correct account balance! The account statement is really a disaster, you don't even see the current account balance. That is probably the least that should have a account statement!

yes, this issue of wrong balance is very frustrating, overall on an exchange, where there are settled, matched and unmatched amounts...what a mess!

Almost half my balance is currently missing from Sharp Exchange. I contacted them last night and they told me they are working on fixing the problem which is affecting all customers. Today the problem is still there....

I see a growing number of reports about the wrong balances. I will nudge BIA because it would be a pity to get into the weekend with this issue.
Meanwhile, if you badly need an exchange, maybe you could get back to Orbit via the only remaining agent that offers it, namely AsianConnect.

I have the same problem with balance.

Another difference with Orbit is that in Sharp there isn't the "Balance" column in the account statement.
If you could suggest BIA to add it, it would be very useful.

This is really important, what does an account statement use without an account balance!?

Hi.i'm an Italian Betinasia guest,i have used especially Orbit Exchange for almopst 3 years with constantly and large bets,.after the end of the collaboration Betinasia /Orbit i kept my bIa wallet and i asked to Orbit how to do to have a new Orbit account,they have recommended me aisanconnect and Bet-Football.com,for my deposits and withdrawals i use only bank transfers,asianconnect doesen't accept bank transfer so i opened a Bet-football.com account,i completed the KYC verification,and i sent my first deposit via a bank traqnsfer,( with an Iban from Czech Repuclic) from then i can't get in touch with them,my emails turn back,and i don't know where is my first deposit.
i am in touch also with Orbit but for the moment they didn't give me any explanation,if someone has some similar experience with them please sharing .

I´ve had an update from BIAs tech team that they are aware of the issues with the balance showing incorrectly in sharp and working on a fix as quickly as possible for this. No time frame was given to me.

As for the matched bets being voided, BIA reports no issues there that they are aware of and would need some examples.
Could any of you guys contact me via Skype, send over a screenshot or your account email and bet that was voided and I will push them further to investigate. Possibly that there are varying reasons as to why each different bet was voided. I dont want this to expand in time, so I will reply in Skype only to those who will contact us today 3rd of October.

I have no voided bets. About 27 euros are missing from my account. I think this case has something to do with the error EX003 that appeared two days ago. "Betting profit & loss" statement matches my report. All the bets I have placed are visible, gains and losses. It is nowhere to be seen where the 27 euros have disappeared

I don't have any Skype or Screenshots. For sure might be reasons for voiding but the problem was the bet stake was not returned to my account afterwards , so I guess its related to the account balance problem.. This match was Gagra v Dinamo Tbilisi on Oct 1. I had a back bet placed at 18.16 of under 1.5 , Bet ID: 318697. and a corresponding lay placed at 18.24 , Bet Id 318880 . I greened out approx. 70 mins into the match , which ended 0-0. So for a few minutes I had a visible greened out picture. After the match had finished, the back bet was voided, the lay bet wasn't . I have already provided BIA Support with the same information.
