I have had several issues with Sharp after the first week, and I'm not including the lack of security / 2FA. it looks like the product was announced in a hasty manner with several inconsistencies . To me it seems unfinished and unreliable

1) My login status is constantly freezing ( a red x dot popping up at the top) . I am logged in and I can see my wallet , but I can't place bets. Only way to clear it is to relogin, something I will have to do several times within an hour on bad days.

2) For the last two days there have been problems with the wallet balance calculation, something the BIA Support has acknowledged. 2 days ago I backed under 1.5 in the Gagra v Dinamo Tbilisi match. I laid off with an ok profit. Match ended 0-0 but afterwards my back bet was voided while the lay was settled, resulting in a loss equal to my lay stake. I'm still waiting for the response on my inquiry about his issue

3) Today , another back and lay in another match, with a small profit as stated in my B&L . But the entire back stake I used is currently available and deducted from my wallet balance, although the P&L says nothing lost. Don't know when that will be fixed.

4) Although not related to Sharp, I haven't used BIA Chat much up to now, but I feel the replies I get are often way too generic for my taste. Either they are extremely well trained chat bots or they are very little service minded human beings.. Standard phrases like "rest assured" or "anything else we can help you with" are all over the place while my main issue often remains unanswered.

I agree with clause No.4. Every time I ask BIA support anything, I have a feeling that I am talking not to a human but a chat bot.

Reading so many sharp exchange issues makes so frustrating to read!
BIA should have tested their product really well before launching it

We brought at BIA's attention the cases of our referred members who reported discrepancies between their Orbit and SharpExch balances, and all cases were addressed correctly.

If you still have open bets in Orbit, you should wait until these bets get settled. If these bets are winners, your funds will be moved from Orbit to the SharpExch. I understand members who bet on the US elections.

We are still not able to guide BIA to address the reported problems with the void trading bets. We asked you guys to send us screenshots, but none of you sent any. Therefore, we could only describe the problem to BIA without displayable proof. They see no problems for the time being.
