The logging out issue needs to be fixed asap before anything else.

It's borderline unusuable when you get logged out every hour.

what do you think about this new betslip? in the email they say it is faster and more seamless, when the exact opposite is the case..takes half a second to open the betslip, takes much more time to adjust the odds, and I get a lot of "the bet placing took longer than expected"..i mean, what was wrong with the betslip betfair and Orbit use, it was absolutely fine..the only advantage of Sharp to Orbit was that they were a bit faster, which now has gone

I don't think it's practical either! A reasonable bank statement with the current account balance would be much more important and constantly logging out after an hour is also very tiring!

This new betslip isn't a great improvement, and to be fair, while the email they sent indicates they developed something nice for Sharp users, it isn't a Sharp-exclusive feature but it was rolled out for Orbit at the same time.

Based on that I assume both exchanges rely on the very same technology / architecture with different branding on the website. Which makes me wonder even more, why can't they add a proper Account Statement for Sharp and why can't they adjust this automated log-out every hour to 10 hours, as is with Orbit still...

I really don't like the new betslip.
The main reason for this is that regarding unmatched bets there is no longer a choice to be able to see only the relevant markets to the event I view
I see the same change happened to Orbit.

well at least Orbit users don't have an edge either lol

2 months gone and the automatic logout issue still not fixed.

tbh for me it is fixed since they implemented the "Exposure" feature last week..12 hours login no problem

but still the problem that Sharp is not clearing markets after a VAR disallowed goal, you can only guess that they will void the bets after the match, but sometimes they don't void it, it's a casino

May I know which browser you use? I use Firefox and the logout issue is happening to me.

Can't comment on VAR issue as I don't bet on Football much these days.

I'm also using Chrome but the logout issue is still ongoing. Cannot confirm that I remain logged in for an extended period of time by now, constant logouts every hour.

well that's interesting, as for me since the installment of the "Exposure" feature, the problem is gone. I have used Brave as well few days ago, no problems either.

Indeed, I have to correct myself. Today I stayed logged in the entire day, however, this only works for me when I do not hibernate my laptop or log in on another device such as my phone at the same time. In that case I get logged out of my other session. Hopefully they'll get this fixed as well in the future (not a problem to have more active sessions with Orbit).

It is now well and truly the first time that Sharp has cleared and voided a VAR disallowed goal immediately and properly, like betfair and Orbit does..(Asteras scored a disallowed goal)
I wrote another email few days ago and maybe it helped..lets hope this is the standard now, regards
