Sharpxch(BetinAsia) are incorrectly settled my bets and dont want to correct it.

I had my bets on CS match between Sinners Esports - FORZE Reload 05/21/25

FORZE Reload forfeit the 1st map due to a scheduling conflict with another event.
At the Map 1 team FORZE Reload got technical loss as they dont played a Map1

It looks like the rule 10.5 applies here after all and my bets must be settled as VOID
Other bookmakers settled bets on the match as VOID.

10.5. If a team is awarded a walkover in respect of at least one map by the league/tournament organizer for any other reason than strong performance earlier in the series/tournament then all markets in respect of the relevant map, or the series in which the map takes place, will be void.

Anybody have simalair poblem with this match?

in situations like now when the site is under maintenance (without warning) there is no protection for the customer who uses sharp who has open positions and is trading risks losing money due to a malfunction that is not the player's fault I find it frustrating given that you can lose significant sums of money

when Orbit, Sharp or any other Betfair white label exchange is down you can transfer your funds to your Mollybet or Pinnacle account, depending on what agent you are using, and close your positions

let's take a more obvious example at random, my balance on sharp exchange is 5000 in the rest of the broker my balance in the various products amounts to 0, let's say that I'm scalping 10 minutes before the start of the game I enter a tip order on sharp exchange of 5000 at a price of 2.05 which is matched after which I put a bank 5000 at a price of 2.00 and the site suddenly goes into maintenance ...... the thing is very different and with disastrous consequences and without having any protection for the customer

yes, it sucks when it happens, I have been in similar situations too... Betfair does the same thing, its not just the white labels. The thing is we can complain but we really have no other choice than to keep using those services and they dont really seem to care if we lose money due to this.

yes, it sucks when it happens, I have been in similar situations too... Betfair does the same thing, its not just the white labels. The thing is we can complain but we really have no other choice than to keep using those services and they dont really seem to care if we lose money due to this.

I think they have every interest in leaving a situation like this because it is all to the detriment of the customer. It seems like a grey area that will never be resolved. A flaw like this should be given a lot of emphasis and highlighted to all customers and future customers. The damage is great when it happens.

its a part of their edge against the customer, just like the weird delays in accepting bets, the constantly disappearing Cash out button or failing to cash out even when the button appears to be functioning... little things like these add up over time in their favor

i add one more thing that happened 2-3 times to me on Orbit:
i place a in-play back bet, the site and the P/L says it's partially matched, so i adjust the opposite side of the arbing to the matched amount on the exchange.
after long time, sometimes even 30 minutes, when the in-play odds have gone totally against me on the exchange, magically the P/L changes and shows the full bet was matched.
so on the exchange i lose much more than i win on the other soft bookmaker.

this could be a technical problem, but is it a coincidence that it always happened exactly when the odds went dramatically against me on the exchange?
for example after a goal or a break.
technical problem, or part of their edge against the customer, as Axel says?

It has been a few months since Sharpx launch. I have been using the exchange on and off for a while.

When they launched several months ago, the site had quite a few issues. Those issues seems to be all gone. There was one minor downtime of about 10 minutes a day ago but mostly it has been running flawlessly. There is a lot more room for extra features and updates and I hope they must be working towards them.

Will try to post updates of my experience from time to time just as an input for others to decide and choose what's best for them.

Please keep 2 factor authentication enabled. It adds a huge security to your account. Very easy to use by installing an authentication app.

It is a fact they read all the comments of the community and they correct things when they can. I am not saying the service is perfect but, do a comparison between today and September 24 when they launched the project. Of course there are things to be done, and I am encouraging you guys to post your suggestions. On the broader picture market shows the Sharp Exchange took by storm their competitors, and they keep expanding like a tsunami, for reasons that we analysed several times.

another thing that I noticed happens (rarely) while trading or scalping for about 2 minutes my balance was not updated so the counter-banking or counter-bet part becomes impossible and doing scalping many times 10 minutes or 5 minutes from the start of the game creates as said big damages in some cases, the first time this happened I managed not to lose money (but immediately I reported what happened the response was very vague from their part and that they could not do anything) a few days ago the same thing happened and I lost more money than I had to lose (immediately reporting what happened the response this time that he had lost money was there was no anomaly strangely), for the rest the liquidity is greater than orbitx and piwi247 I withdrew several times and never any problems, but the real question is in cases like those described in these flaws what protections does the player have? It's one thing to lose money because of a bad trade, and another thing to lose money through no fault of your own.

As a sweetener, BIA announced an exclusive promotion for the duration of the FIFA Club World Cup taking place this summer from June 15th to July 13th this summer, any winning bets placed on matches in this competition will have only 2% commission!

A fair change imho in relation to his competitors.
I think it would also be fair to reduce the 2% fee on crypto withdrawals!
