here are several examples, of the cashout button that does not work, I find myself with 3 possible similar wins only because I entered a manual order, also in some moments when the cashout was available at 13.30 I set the cashout to exit the market 13.00 euros of profit even there it did not work. now ask me why they say that I correctly executed the cashout when I point out that I placed a manual order and that the cashout every time available the button did not work? I wonder do they not really verify what the customer says? also I find it ridiculous that after one also sends the videos it is communicated that all the information has been given and they close every type of contact on the subject these are not the right ways

A few days have passed since I contacted betinasia because the cashout button was not working when it was available and I noticed some things that I do not find correct, after contacting them they responded to me with an email that according to their investigation the cashout button works correctly after this response I sent an email containing a video in which I showed that the cashout button does not work and pointing out that I had several videos at different times that I could have sent. From there no response by email.I contacted the chat several times over the course of several days, and they also told me that I had received all the necessary information. I reported several times that the video proves that what they said was not true and that I could send more videos. Only yesterday did they tell me (after I contacted them almost every day) that they now need to take their time. I'm not sure now, but I think they don't do any investigations, they only rely on what the service we use in this case, Sharp Exchange, says. The thing that bothers me most is that when something like this happens, instead of being transparent, communication starts to cut off, and emails are no longer answered. This case isn't very important, also because I had a guaranteed profit (because I had placed a manual order), but the reverse is true. If I had losses, I would have suffered even greater losses.This is my reflection so far, but I find it a fairly simple case. There are videos that attest to what I say. I don't understand why it takes so long. I can understand that they have many cases, but if I send a video in which I demonstrate what I say, perhaps it should set off a bell to reflect on how I conduct internal investigations. I hope this is clear.

All the info and the videos that you sent to us (arbusers) were sent to the relevant team of BIA. The response that I get from them is the same, they need more time. Some things are not done automatically and we can't expect them to happen by clapping our hands. If more time is needed, then more time is needed.
Avoid having any action that would bring you in a bad position and would cause you a loss, especially when you are fully aware of the problem. If we have any news from them, we will inform the community.

Mr Arbusers, I don't want to put myself in a bad situation, my criticism is more about the communication which in my opinion should be improved between the customer and the platform, everything here regardless of which case is dealt with, whether more important or not.
