Not sure what good blowing money on a whole flat would be, when all you need is a tiny little 5 square meter cubby hole of an office to stick a computer and answering machine in. Then register everything to that and then if anyone asks give some vague answer like your a businessman and you keep a bit of office space to store your samples and to work out of when your in the country. And set up a shell company if necessary to hold the lease and to make the opening of bank accounts easier.

If you want to be 100% safe you must do the following :

1. Open a UK bank account and get a UK debit card. The account should be onshore pointing an address in the UK and not offshore pointing an address outside UK. There are banks which open accounts with just a copy of your passport if it is issued in the EU giving you full current account with debit card.
2. Have a utility bill under your name or shared with somebody else. If you don't have someone to help you should consider a virtual office. Have in mind that most of the bookies do not need utility bill , they will also accept a recent bank account statement pointing your UK address.
3. UK mobile number (get a pay as you go number)
4. UK landline number (buy a UK SKYPE number)
5. Exchange your driver licence if it is issued in the EU with a UK . This is really critical since you get an official UK identity card that no bookie can decline.
6. Use your friend or a virtual office in order to have your mail forwarded to you.
7. Use a VPS server or a VPN through VPS.
8. Make copies of utility bill , bank statement , driver license and get them certified as true copies of the originals by a professionally qualified community figure.

If you are able to get what is listed above you will be able to play as long as you want as a UK citizen without any problems.
Even if they can find out that you are using VPN there is no way to find out your origin , the VPS is real computer.

They only strange thing I remember i was requested to do from a bookie was to call them from a UK landline.

Very good post Looter

I'm trying to start arbing and my main issue is this kind of "problems" and when bookies request your friends to withdraw from bank account. This is the kind of thing I don't know how to solve... and we could lose some nice profit and investment. But I thought the bookies couldn't do that because of money laundering. If you deposit with some method you should withdraw by the same. This is the kind of thing that is really bugging me before the start...

If you do what i am suggesting you will have.

1. UK Bank Account based on a UK address
2. UK issued debit card based to the account above.
3. UK Skrill account verified and connected to a UK bank account sharing the same address.
4. UK Neteller account verified and connected to a UK bank account sharing the same address.

I do not understand what you mean hereunder:

"I'm trying to start arbing and my main issue is this kind of "problems" and when bookies request your friends to withdraw from bank account."

I monitor and fully operate my UK bank account through internet banking or phone banking. I can make payment to bookies , put money for my pay as you go mobile , etc. I can receive my withdrawals in my UK Bank account , in Neteller or Skrill as per bookie request.

If you can get what is listed in my first post is more than enough to play. The bigger problem is going to be the limits and you the monthly cost to maintain your UK citizen profile and not your origin.

What I was trying say to you is anyone know that arbers have many friends, and sometimes the bookies like to only let you withdraw by bank account, so I was asking how do you do with your friends, you do the same? And what risks you take with this? Law issues and trust issues like your "friend" knowing and request the money for himself. Is that possible?

I do not use multiple accounts thus i don't need any "friend's" help...
If a bookie requests a bank withdraw there is no issue for me.
Bookies withdraw the money to the bank account and I place them back to my ewallet with internet banking or debit card instantly.

But you will... how can you continue your arbing without "friends" and on that time how are you withdrawing if they request withdraw by bank account. I thought of opening a offshore account so they bookmakers couldn't know the account holder name even with IBAN I think, but no one is willingly to share some tips about this even with PM?

I already started arbing and was doing bonus hunting with mini arbs... so I not really a newbie, I already have some experience, but it's good to think ahead and my main problem is when your friend is arbing and the bookmaker only let you withdraw by bank account. What you do? That's the issue that I'm most afraid off, because all of the other things are really easy...

Your friend must be aware of the fact that you are using his identity, don't make the mistake to use his identity without his permission. If a bookie oblige you to withdraw via bank transfer , just tell your buddy you need his IBAN,SWIFT and shit like this.

Of course I wouldn't use the identity without his permission the issue is if the guy receives a 5000/6000€ and if he's not a really good friend what stops him from keeping he money on his account? Because we have many friends but not a lot of them is really really trustable right? My thought was opening a offshore account on swiss or something like that because I think with a offshore account they don't know the name of the account holder but some people say that some bookmakers only do the bank transfer for banks that have the same country of registration and so I'm on a stalemate here.

I can't afford to lose 5 or 6 gran because of some "friends"...
