I have a comment from our Sportmarket manager and also a promise that he will come in this thread to present the company's thesis.

Few months ago i was getting too many voids on SBObet and i decided do the same test by betting both outcomes (low stakes , something like 10 euro) at the same time and the result was like in your case : winning bets got canceled and lost bet was graded.At this moment i stopped using SBO.

UEFA Euro 2020 tournament, held in 2021, was among the last SBO appearances via Molly. Some moments they offered top odds, but much lower limits. IBC disappeared much far before. On the other hand, months ago spotted two brokerage firms, that offer a connection to them. As far as I remember, the first one is "licensed" in Cyprus and the second somewhere on the exotic islands, and I didn't talk to them at all. Most people don't want to take those risks, but we still believe that betting on Sing odds via Sportmarket can be worthwhile if you follow the steps and measures advised above.

We never promised no-void guarantee and the post above is explaining how you can minimize chances of a void, not remove them completely. Also, thinking that we ignore or don't care about this can't be further from the truth. We generate profit on the total turnover generated and void bets don't count in turnover - so essentially we lose on bet-voids as well.

Regardless, we can take it on the chin and explain our view on things, but if you are looking to defame Sportmarket as a whole because of this, then sadly not a single explanation will be sufficient.

Now if you have another opinion that they are not fraudsters it is your right. I made an assessment, that you do not care to see the truth. So I apologize for that and I hope that you who host this company in time to justify you.

My trust in your company has not diminished due to the fact that I have lost my money from singbet. . I will continue to be your client and would tell anyone to sign up for your platform.

It is not clear to me why you decided to use Singbet in the first place.
The review here is full of alarms and the agent also warns about potential voids.
You all have to face reality at a point. Singbet is only for game fixers who will not go for the steam.

This company has some advantages and a difference compared to the other companies on the platform. Technically it operates more as a European bookmaker than as an Asian.

I was prepared to face cancellations of my bets however I would also like to see the impact this had on my overall winnings. Most reviews were negative but not prohibitive. I believe I did the right thing, I have no regrets about my attitude.

What did you learn from your case?

I learned that I should not deal with them again. I have spent a lot of money trying to find new techniques, new tools and companies. Singbet is part of this activity, I mean in the process of research.

When do you guys bet that you get voided so much? I bet hundreds if not thousands of times with them through Molly, got voided maybe once.

I think that they will mostly void you if you bet at times when prices are moving, etc.
