For all this site (Joinbet, Sirbobet, Goalbet, Worldbetint, Allstarbet...) first withdraw must be to Bank account. Ok, lets go.
My experience:
Sirbobet - Pre-match limit stake 10EUR, In Play limit stake 1EUR  (first withdraw to bank account, I withdraw 1200EUR, received 1152EUR, my bank not use any fee)

Joinbet - Pre-match stake limit 10EUR, In Play max stake 90EUR  (first withdraw to bank is 30EUR, received 20EUR)

Worldbetint - Pre-match max stake 50EUR or wining 100EUR, In Play max stake 90EUR  (first withdraw to bank 100EUR, received 42.5EUR)

Goalbet - Pre match max 10EUR, In Play max stake 90EUR  (not yet withdraw)

All this limits is after 1 months betting. All fee for withdraw to bank account use WIRECARD BANK AG, ASCHHEIM.
GLB International send you money from site over this bank and he use terrible fee.

Sirbobet, i withdrew 100, got 100 in the bank, Ireland.
They paid me 1k in neteller in 24hours.
Ill test all of the clones in the next weeks and keep you posted of what behaviour i encounter.

Sirbobet just informed all customers that they will close at 14/7 and that all remaining withdrawals will be honoured. I bet that they will not pay a cent.
