The most annoying thing is that in EVERY cashback and in EVERY account, I have to complaint, or else I lose hundreds of thousands of loyalty points.

Don't trust them, count your points and check if you agree with your loyalty points balance.

When I go to the vip store to turn the points in to cash I place the order and it says order confirmed but it never works and I have to email them 4/5 times or phone them up on numerous occasions for it to be credited. Does anyone else have this problem?

I've tried on google chrome and internet explorer but it doesn't work on either. They are so useless and it wastes so much time chasing them up about.

I did have the same problem as BOOYAKA a few days ago but it worked after a few tries. Overall I never had any serious issues with them either. On the plus side bank withdrawals are now processed much faster. I requested a cash-out this morning and the funds were in my account by midday.

I don't know why it doesn't work for me but they processed it for me manually today the first time I emailed them. 

I tried to convert points to cash yesterday and everything looked ok with confirmation and so on.
But I did not get any confirmation email as they said I would and no points has been changed into cash yet.

QBET, was it the same for you? If you don't get the confirmation email it does not work and if you get it, it works?

Points are not deducted immediately, that can take a few days, but the confirmation email should arrive within a few hours.

last time i credited loyalty points was inside week , i made request in morning and  to my surprise  by noon funds was to my account!
Yes i confirm that sometimes they are very late (up to 4-5 days) to  convert transactions to points but  calculations was always correct and any differences i had , was because of their excluded merchants , so only issue i had was their delay , a matter that i must admit they have improved lately

Guys, only 2 days left for the 1.5% cash back. They will not extend it this time. Next time will be December or late November. Take advantage of it while you can.

i get 'message you enrolled in promotion' when logged in and when deposited also get message that is successful for promotion or something like that.............what is it going on ? did anyone get the same message?   

Is anyone facing problems with the bonus points taken during the cashback promo period? My recent transactions' bonus points during September still have not been accredited to my account. They told me their Marketing department would look into it last week, still nothing  :-\

I have a similar problem when i try to withdraw points .
Right now vip store is not working  , i mean there is no cash or sports or electronic etc banner to click and proceed with withdrawal , and this is the same with both firefox and chrome

Send an email telling them how many points you want to redeem and ask them to do it manually for you.
