Straight from the very beginning I disqualified ecoPayz because they dont support the bookmakers I want to use. So the question is which one to choose between Skrill and Neteller?

In reality it makes a lot of difference to many people. I will not get into details about fees, etc, Just search a little bit in the forum. What seems to be important right now, is that 80% of new registrations are going to Skrill and 20% are going to Neteller. This is what we can observe from our forum, and believe me, we have a very good picture of this kind of data.

It makes sense as long as Skrill allows non SEPA bank wires , which Neteller does not allow.

You have a good point here fnatic81. A good chunk of these accounts are coming from certain countries.
