I get this message when i want to log inn into my 2 accounts,probably there is more but i didnt check all of them.

The same thing here. I don't have active account number which I left when registered there. What now? Send them ID and wait for two weeks until they verify it?

Guys, I asked our manager but he is not on line for some hours now. If no news happen till tomorrow noon, I will call him on his mobile.

The same here. My number is still active, but I can't receive SMS with code. The second account works fine.

Situation is expanding and deteriorating. I just informed them via mobile and I m waiting for their response. My effort will be to try resolving all this mess the as soon as possible so we don't lose Saturdays action.

All blocked account needs to send ID copies to email and they send you new password manually.
My account is now unblocked and fine.  If you want to speed up the process just call them.

Just logged in without any issues.  (I have a security token, dont know if that makes a difference)

There will be millions of blocked accounts for next few days, most of them will have to send an ID, how fast can Skrill verify such large number of ID's I would like to know.

i have both £ and euro account with tokens.
They blocked one of them last weekend and it took 5 days to send me password link

I verified my account and change password, they asked CC number,
for non VIP account everything is normal, no verification
