On VIP on non-VIP I must reset passwords. They haven't reset password one neither acc for which I have sent ID in last 24h.

Why did not they notify the costumers few days before the action took place ?

Me and a lot of other people (pretty sure about it) have put some random mobile numbers on skrill accounts and we will never get the sms code.
How will this be resolved ? In the past  it was not a obligatory to put a correct mobile number , so we were free to put some random numbers. Now , we should be given the option to edit the number in order to get the sms code.

Then , bye bye skrill ...you are getting shit day by day !!!

I have second skrill unblocked, made a second call...

Who really want to have skrill unblocked in next 1 minnute. just send them email with ID copies, make a call and tell them ,, tree number " from the email.  You will get new pass in few seconds.

my (vip) account (with token) is fine, so there's no way you could possibly know how many accounts are locked

It's obvious that accounts with tokens will be ok. I think they have some security problems and they decided to do this thing. It can happen, it happened elsewhere before(ebay...) I hope they manage it well.
You should get skrilll token on your main account anyway...

they locked my £ account with token but not my euro with token
It is random!

on my account i had to enter credit card number and my friend had to enter date of birth and all was good.

Today received e-mail with new password for one account, others were requested at same time but still nothing specially vip accounts.

I think it should be random. I have no problems in any of my accounts

Has anyone received the password today?

For all wich dont know,why all this problems last weak,two with paswords.....

PaysafeCard with his big margin take over Skrill (before also Netteler) ,what we can feel from 25.1.2016....from this date also VIP owner of Skrill accaunts pay 1% of all transcations and we lost also free ATM,where we pay now 1,80€ for any transaction over it....like all costumers...VIP on Skrill is the past....margin are here.....bllaaahhhh

to me it seems they lock all those accounts which were not accessed via browser directly for longer times (so good idea to sign in at each and every skrill account in use and change PW to NOT get involved in that "lockout-procedure"

My account was constantly in use, so you're not right.
