I try to send email to skrill but it is not possible to fill in my email in their form. It is supposed to be automatic from my account, but it is not. The only case is to do log out from my account and send them  email normally. I sent them but after two days I have not received reply or reference number with my  case as before that there was elementary information that a subject was under consideration.

Another problem is with their 2step authentication. I had to disable the option after many times that my account was locked. The problem was not only with their app but also with retrieval codes.

With regard to verification, its a bitter story. Everything is ok except for web cam verifivation. I dont have web cam but there is no and no possibility to upload my selfie.

In addition to the above, I expect two days to process my withdrawal when it was earlier within 24 hours.

I am terribly annoyed with them

Keep in mind that their verification teams are not working during weekends (except some rare occasions).

Thanks, but my account is not referred by arbusers or any other site.
My problems were solved the next day from my post.
They called me via phone, and after verbal confirmation of my data, they gave me a mail to send them my selfie. In one day my account was verified.

I tried webcam verification about 10 times at different time/lighting and each time their stupid system says photos are not clear enough.

I havnt done any trancition yet.  What happens ifi ignore these webcam verifications?

Fuck this shit. This webcam verificationm is some rigged startup which isnt cost effective!

So today is the 1st of July and the 1st day of the third quarter.
Just to confirm - if a Skrill account that was opened via arbusers transacts €15k or the currency equivalent in this quarter, it will have Silver VIP status from then until the 31st December?
