I need your help, my account has just been blocked on a bookmaker. I have more than 4000 euros in my account.
I try to talk to them they don't want to know anything
I would like to know how I can proceed to go against the bookmakers. They decided to close this account for no apparent reason.

Yeah, hiding a name of who is making you problems and at the same time asking for help against that entity makes not much sense. Provide some more details such as: bookmaker name, bet types placed, stakes size, account age, GEO location.... then maybe someone can help.

I have already read the link i can not see somethig that help.
The bookmaker is 1WIN licensed by antillephone.
Stake size i placed bet around 300 euros every time.
The age of account: 1 year .

1Win is known for problems with payouts.
Have you contacted: License Holder Curasao (GCB) https://www.gamingcontrolcuracao.org/contact
You can try to fill SBR or BMR report or maybe also via Arbusers admin, if he has some contact/connections to senior management of 1WIN.

when a bookmaker is regulated by an offshore authority there are little chances you get your money back. If Curacao is the regulator then I would...
1. Contact the regulator.
2. If regulator is not willing to do the job, hire a lawyer from Curacao.
At this point I am asking you what is the amount of money this bookmaker took from you?
Unfortunately, if we are talking about pocket money, it doesn't really worth it hiring a lawyer, because the lawyer will cost more than the money lost.

OP said that it is 4k € so the best is to try a complaint form via some other known communities and if no success then to contact the betting authorities.

So I didnt contact License Holder Curasao (GCB), ill contact, i have contacted the ANTILLEPHONE NV they dont answer via mail since 2 month, they wanted to understand why they blocked the accout. I repled to them they didnt text i sent too many mails but in vain to the ANTILLEPHONE which give license to 1WIN.
So the betting authorities does not answer, the ECURACAO has not the license for 1WIN.
No need a lawyer im trying to find a solution with them without going to justice, the livechat suggest me to contact the profesionnal via the mail because they can not solve the situation , and by mail they dont answer...
I dont how where to file a complain for 1WIN.

Keep in mind that there is close to zero chance to get money out without suing them. If they have decided to ignore you they will probably not change their mind, unless they are forced to do it. Said that, for 4k probably doesn't pay off going that route. 40k would be different story.
