Could you name the countries that your syndicate operates?
Maybe your bosses will not allow this, but could you name the countries that your syndicate failed to operate in?
Thank you man. One of the best posters here.

@campeones,

You and your bosses took so much from this community. Now it is time to give something back.

I made a similar post under the BetBurger thread, but I m sure this is not only about BetBurger. It concerns all alert services with no exception. I would like to expand my thoughts a little bit. This is my opinion, based on what our members report on almost a daily basis, and discussions I have with figures on both sides of the fence.

We are in a phase, that many bookmakers invest a lot of money and take active measures against alert services. Bookmakers realised the damage alert services are causing to their profitability and they decided to block access, or even worse disorientate them. Like other instances lavish contracts are given to companies with the task to raise defending walls. Their power, abilities, and workforce are beyond what the alert services industry would be able to take. Any defence wall from bookmakers, will request more workforce and effort from the alert services in order to bypass. Unfortunately, the market is not endless and already since the Covid crash in spring 2020 is losing participants. This made profits shrink for the companies that build the alert services. In addition, the fees for hiring experienced people in this field are doubled, if not tripled, since 2020. Under these circumstances it is very difficult for alert services to fight against bookmakers. This is a war of resources, and bookmakers are winning at least for now.

The industry events and conferences are a nice place to spot and realise where the market is going. Some years ago, it was the Big Data companies that came like tornado. This year I m sure it will be the companies that fight automation and API threats.

However, I believe this is just another phase in a long series of phases. Being in these business since 2003, I have seen a lot of phases. Most probably we will pass this too. We keep wondering when smart betting is going to die, but smart bettors are still alive, transforming like chameleons.

To sum up, chameleons are good, but locusts are bad...

certainly the chameleon-like talent helps a lot hahaha, agreeing fully with mister Arbuser's analysis, there is only one signalman in my country if you want to do live seriously, his name is betburger, respect and great support to these guys in this "phase battle". For the pre match some other local and international alternatives; even if among the major ones none fully satisfies my needs. I have to mix a bit, and here we go back to the chameleon! Happy Holidays and all the best to all.

Even though there is a lot of criticism about the services, I must say that Boxing day was the best selling day for alert services that we have ever seen during these 12 years of Arbusers existence (and of course thank you for that). That tells me something. And of course, criticism makes products better.

I've been using Rebelbetting for a couple months and had pretty good results (5% yield with 2500 bets). I'm based in the UK and have had the good fortune of having a Bet365 account that isn't gubbed yet. To be honest, Rebelbetting has been great for me, so I'm surprised to find this thread.

What are the specific problems that you all see with the different alert services? Is it basically just a lack of coverage and out-of-date odds?

Built because i wanted coverage from some different bookies might not be of value to anyone but thought i might as well release it.

^ its free and don't bother using if your not in the UK . I plan on adding as many UK bookies as possible so if you live in the UK you might wanna check in on the service every once in a while i could add bookmakers that you aren't gubbed on yet. Also let me know if there are any books you would like in particular. Very rudimentary design but it does the job for me

Hi thanks for this. It looks interesting. How is the EV calculated? Is it scraping Pinnacle and identifying opportunities where Pinnacle's price has dropped like Trademate Sports does? I notice it highlights potential +EV bets on Betfair. How do you determine what's a +EV bet on an exchange? I'm not experienced with services like Rebel Betting and Trademate that claim to be able to find an edge in sharp markets like exchanges but from what I've read others discuss on forums this 'edge' doesn't seem entirely convincing so I'm curious as to how you've done your calculations.

Hi, i'm actually currently building a pinnacle odds dropper to identify more value but right now it's simply just comparing pinnacle odds to the softs odds. In terms of the Betfair exchange value i don't place any bets on the exchange as my understanding is they are very sharp so any value shown on the exchange is just disagreement between pinnacle and Betfair and god knows who's right. The only reason the software is showing Betfair is because the api i use scrapes Betfair exchange. Long story short don't place any of the exchange bets.
Again it's very rudementary right now and will post once the pinny odds dropper is completed.
