Where are you from ? I assume Portugal , Croatia..

Sportingbet/1x2sport/vistabet has also blocked albanian IP-s , but they have not removed "albania" from countries list.That's weird ...
They also sent the balance to skrill , even though i didn't request it.

I think it has something to do with the new legislations in these countries.it is useless to use VPN cause they will return money to your skrill account

Our ISPs have blocked almost every bookie, but some of the bookies are ok if I'm using VPNs or zenmate.
