After 4-6 years of playing there, I got into an unpleasant situation, it turns out the match that I played fell under suspicious betfair , and referring to them they don’t give me winnings, the question arises, why such a broker is needed, before that I lost on the exchange 10 -15,000 euros, I would like that these events also be canceled and returned to me the lost???

How is this Sportmarket froze your money?

The reason for this delay is simple. If they have suspicion that match was fixed they will investigate it. Who there to blame? Its normal practice and nothing to be mad about. If they pay out then its good if not, then well you have accept that risk when betting on suspicious matches.

this is not acceptable, since before that I lost a lot of money on the exchange, and strangely enough no one wanted to conduct an investigation on these games

the funniest thing is that a week after this match I played as if there was nothing, I just noticed that betfair disappeared from my list of selected books, and no one told me anything, but as soon as I wanted to withdraw money, I immediately found a problem)

Kindly note that Betfair is removed from your Pro account as per the decision of our management until the situation with the previously mentioned match is resolved.

well man, I'm with Sportmarket since I started serious gambling and I can firmly say they are a ultra serious company. They wouldn't stole you a single euro. We are not talking about Premium trading and similars. And as I read from your description there is nothing you can blaime them. If the match went under investigation, this is not their fault, but on BF side and they've to wait for their response.
Ofc this is my opinion reading your story. And as the broker involved is SM, I'm sure it can't be different than this. We are talking about 2k euros...it's nothing for a leading company like them, c'mon. You've been just unlucky and wait for BF

ps: Title is also very unfair and reading the story it doesn't represent the truth. Admins should correct it

Betfair apparently, temporarily, froze your funds. What do you expect? Sportmarket to pay you out of their own pockets?

everyone is very serious, but when you ask for a withdrawal of funds not where you are making the deposit, they will unscrew you and say that they don’t accept any document, whatever it is, because they don’t accept it and that's it
