Hello guys!

Thanks for raising this. We haven't received any complaints up this point so it is worthwhile to check this one. Can you confirm if you potentially see those odds somewhere else and they are missing at Sportmarket or they are completely missing from the bookmaker since recently?

This information would help us try and pinpoint the problem.

@Apoel81,
Let's know what you've noticed recently?
That's worrying if confirmed. There's no such a behavior here on Molly platform. When it comes to soccer, many lower and exotic leagues are SING's kingdom yet, some minor league are touched by ISN like early days... Lower championships in Sweden, Romania, Argentina etc. They have similar limits like others or better.
First class soccer is another story. Much more markets, much bigger limits and better odds especially for ISN offers, comparable to PIN88 and Penta88's ones.
On Saturday it was very obvious. There were no inplay odds for Russia 2nd league, Romania 2nd league, Cyprus 1st and many other leagues. At the same time, there were singbet and ISN odds for mainstream games.

Yesterday and today situation is better but i still see games offered by crownbet but not from Sportmarket, like Colombia B games, Argenintina reserves etc.

http://w.nowgoal.com/football/6in1.aspx?id=3

Vodds that offers crownbet instead of singbet has same issues btw.
Are you talking only about live odds? As to pre-game odds, I have not noticed any changes in ISN and SING behaviour. The only difference I've noticed is that SING used to be the first among asian books to open lines on many markets but now they don't do it anymore. Now they are the last among asian books to open lines on many markest. But this change in SING policy appeared not recently but a long time ago- at least a few months ago.

So, you talk about in-play odds disappeared, that's why I recall one or two moments on the Sportmarket screen last week literally for a few minutes, not longer. All the events disappeared in the central area of the platform, and in the upper left corner were reported: In running (0), Today(0), Early(0). CTRL+F5 didn't help, the screen had no events. Only log-out and next log-in helped. On the screen were the current events, as usual.

P.S. CTRL+F5 often help when at in-play mode there are frozen odds, duplicate or obsolete events etc.

What you have described is the usual problems with mollybet on almost all busy days after their last update ;D Wish you were correct but i am sure that there were odds for mainstream but not for less mainstream leagues. Anyways we will see how it will goes this weekend i guess, hope it was a temporary issue.

Not even England League 1 odds are available neither from singbet or ISN inplay...., no need to mention rest leagues i guess. It is obvious that something has changed.

As an American now living in Ireland I'm looking to sign up to sportmarket mainly because betfair odds on American sports NFL NBA MLB are quite poor on the spreads after you take commission into account. Plus I seen the limits pinnacle offers on these markets far superior than betfairs. As an Irish resident I cant get a direct account with pinnacle but seems I can bet with them through the back door with sportmarket.

Anyone had issues with sport market KYC heard good and bad stories about asking for strange documents on other forums? But sometimes feel that people not playing straight.

I'm always connected to a US VPN to watch TV back home. If I accidentally log onto sportmarket website with a VPN connected to the US which has happened to me few times with betfair and it just blocks my access until till switch of the VPN but my friend did the same at draftkings and they totally locked him out his account keeping his funds but thats draftkings so probably done him a favour. ;D

I don't want to try and see for myself as Im trying to get a mortgage so want to keep deposits involving betting to a minimum.

Hello Frankie!

Thank you for your post.

Sadly, even if you moved to Ireland, we would still not be able to offer you services as you are a American citizen and you must know the "death and taxes" quote. We refer that you would still be obligated to pay the taxes to your US IRS and for that reason we wouldn't be able to offer you services. If you forfeited your US citizenship, then we might have a different ball-game.

As far as our KYC goes, we have implemented a 3rd party automated verification tool quite recently and our verification process goes quite smooth. If a customer is following the simple rules that are shown during the onboarding process, there are no issues. Problems arise, as you have said, when certain individuals are not "playing straight" and are either trying some funny stuff, or simply are not following the instructions on the screen.

VPN is fine with Sportmarket, but US IP (and some other for that matter) would restrict you from placing bets on Sportmarket PRO tool.

Hopefully covered all points you have raised in your post, if you have any more questions, please let us know!

@Sportmarket

Would it be possible for you to provide a full list of restricted countries here?

Found this in your ToS: "3.7. You may not register for an Account if you live in any of the following countries: United States of America, United Kingdom, France or any other jurisdiction not available in the country list upon registration".

However the first page of registration doesn't include the mentioned country list so there's no way for a potential new user to check whether their country is even on the list without disclosing personal information first. A bit of transparency would be welcome.

you can chat with an AI agent or real person on their website, I think you will get a quicker answer that way
