On June 20, Stake.com suspended my account with my $1,924 funds, effectively locking my hard-earned money and blocking withdrawals.

They demanded ID documents with a selfie, utility bills, and income source documents for verification.

I sent them all the required documents: ID with a selfie, utility bills, and income source documents.

My ID and selfie were verified without any issues.

The problem started at level 3 verification when they began rejecting all my address documents.

I submitted multiple address documents, including:
- Electricity bill
- Water bill
- Employer letter
- Tax documents
- Gas bill

They rejected each of these documents one by one, seemingly deliberately, as if they just wanted to scam me out of my $1,924.

This ordeal and mental harassment continued until July 15.

On July 15, when I tried to log in to my account, I received a message stating that my Stake.com account had been permanently disabled and my funds were frozen.

Stake.com has Successfully scammed me out of my $1,924.

Their support team is not responding, and the account management team (account@stake.com) who did this is also not replying.

I am frustrated and stressed out because they have stolen my Funds after harassing and mantel torturing me for a month.

Without taking a position, I am noticing a growing number of complaints about Stake.

I would highly recommend find a new site to play.. I've seen a lot of complaints about Stake recently

How do you say so? I've been using stake since 2021 and haven't had problems with it. However, this is an unusual case where they are new accounts that are trying to verify..

It's not just him complaining, there are others on other with kind of similar issues (freezing funds) and that's how I say so! It's really unusual for someone to provide all the documents there is to provide and still fail verification.. Not unless he's submitting falsified documents to begin with. Curious to know what will happen next..

Indeed i see worryng trend. I might be wrong here but stake normally dont require lvl 3 and 4 verification. for sums in few k lvl 2 verification should be ok. When i did withdrawal (worth few K in fiat) pretty sure i was lvl 2 verified only.

Guys, don't be naive, something else is going on here...

Similar thing happening to me at lv 3. verification, they dont accept the fact that im a student and i have no income, they holding back my 180 EUR without explanation.

Are you a minor trying to gamble via stake? If so, I think that they shouldn't allow you to deposit to begin with.

Maybe there's some regulation happening on specific countries? All I know is that each country has it's own law and if something changes, sites operating on that country should take precautionary measures, maybe in this case adding extra layer of verification, to adapt to the changes. Or else they risk their site getting banned or even taken down

it is not surprising that this forum attracts both people with real problems and scammers too ( not speaking of OP here, I have no idea who he is, I am just speaking in general)
