My opinion is that if you have small capital(below 350k) and if you are trader/arber/valuebettor it doesnt worth to invest in real estate(buying houses, again i speak for investing not buy a house to avoid rent).

Also the above sentence does not apply if you if you single out the value and know that in 2-3-4 years the value of the house that you going to buy will go up a lot(super bargain). This is not in my sector and I am not a house broker to have such knowledge or to know the super real value house bargains. And right now i am not willing to obtain these skills.

With stocks/efts/reits/bonds if you know what to do(diversify) you can withdraw whenever you want your capital which is very important if you are a pro bettor. You may find better value at sportbetting and you can withdraw and use this capital to gain more.Everything is much easier.

All the above are ok if you have small capital(below 350k).If you have more or 1 million than i think it is a good idea to occupy with real estate in order to diverisfy more.
But again even if i have this amount most of my portoflio will be at stock market(at least with the skills that i have right now).

In general everything is value,if you find super value at houses even with capital lower than 350k then go on(especially if you are not a pro bettor, which means that you need to move money between accounts).

About Real State, you can find +15% yield, if you know the correct people. And you cannot forget the increment in value of the houses during the years.
