So I play on a site the following with a player account of more than 7000 euros.

For 3 months I have been informed that my account has been closed because I violated rule 11.5 of their terms and conditions.
I have been contacting the live chat for 3 months and I am told that you should only talk by email.
Of course my emails are ignored by the site

The site in question has a LICENSE from ANJOUAN GAMING on the Comoros Islands.

it sucks but if you did arbitrage betting then you really broke their rules ... you agree to their T&C when you sign up

I clearly asked them for evidence of their accusation. They don't answer, even the licensor doesn't want to give this evidence.
This is not arbitration, they block the account of any player, I just read their reputation.
Frankly I don't know what to do, it's still a big sum. They don't answer any emails.

It is time to search for a lawyer in Comoros islands.
But before doing so, maybe you should question your self why did you select this bookmaker at the first place?

For lawyer curacao, why curacao , the site is licensed as mentionned by anjouan gaming. Can you tell me more ?
And they WERE licensed by curacao.

no solution, lost 500€, this new "license" is no license, anyone can buy it..

The license is on the Comoros Islands, a country where I don't think justice will do its job. The Curacao Islands belonging to the Netherlands are different.

Thanks admin, ill try to contact a lawyer on comoros but the problem im not finding a good one.
