Foreword

These Terms of Use (hereafter referred to as the 'ToU') constitute and govern the relationship between 'Site' (defined below) and all parties who access it (defined hereunder) and make use of its features and contents in any manner (hereafter referred to as 'Visitors').

General

The use of any or all of the features offered by the Provider on arbusers.com Site (hereafter referred to as the ‘Site') and the information, materials and links contained therein, is subject to the ToU as set out below. Unless otherwise agreed by the Site in writing, the ToU constitute the entire relationship between the Site and the Visitor in its use of the Site including any or all of its functions on offer by the Site. The Visitor has the duty to read carefully and understand the ToU before visiting the Site.

The Site retains the right to bring a lawsuit against the Visitor at its sole discretion.

Third party Sites

The Visitor acknowledges that any contact whatsoever made with third parties after viewing the Site, whether intended or unintended, and any outcome which ensues, is absolutely independent of the Site and the Site is not in any way responsible for any agreement or expectation and other consequence which ensues as a direct or indirect cause of this contact. Use of Site

The Site advises that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to never use another person's account for any reason. The Site highly recommends that you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft. After you register and login to this Site, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information the Site determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable. The Site maintains the right to remove any post, to delete accounts and ban users with no previous notice, to edit posts for SEO purposes or when determined that they advertise products/services of competitors. Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this Site or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement. English language, as an international one, is used as a mean of communication among people from various origins and not for advertising anything to citizens and residents of the United States of America, the United Kingdom or any other English speaking country, area and territory. Products and services advertised in this Site are strictly available only to those people that their local legislation allows their use. You remain solely responsible for complying with the law of the country that you live, travel, work or taxed from.

The Site can tolerate a negative - according to its opinion - behavior against it, up to a certain point and reserves the right to remove any post, delete accounts and ban users with no previous notice when this point is reached. Also note that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is only used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.

The Site provides carefully selected offers and deals. You may not attempt to compete with the Site offerings and any offers should be submitted for approval to Site Administrator. You may not attempt to persuade registered members to leave the Site. You may not attempt to promote your any business, services or products in the site without the consent of the site's administration.

Type of Relationship

These ToU are not intended to create any partnership, agency or joint venture between the Site and the Visitor.

Legal Compliance

Visitors are advised to comply with applicable legislation in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident and/or present. The Site does not accept responsibility for any action taken by any authority against any Visitor in connection with their use of the Site.

Headings

Any waiver by the Site of any breach by any Visitor of any provision of these ToU shall not be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision of these ToU.

Warranties and Representations

It is hereby being specified that the Site makes no representation, pledge or warranty (either explicit or implicit) that the content of the Site is accurate and/or suitable for any particular purpose other than those warranties which cannot be expressly excluded under the governing law of these ToU.

Use of the Site is entirely at the Visitors risk. The Site is not a gaming or gambling Site and does not provide gaming or gambling services, therefore it does not hold or control player funds and it is not involved in any gaming transactions.

3. criminal actions;
4. advice, in whichever form, provided by the Site;
5. legal actions and/or other remedies;
6. loss or damage that Visitors or third parties might have suffered as a result of their use of the Site, its content or that of any link suggested by the Site;
7. loss or damage that Visitors or third parties might have suffered as a result of any modification, suspension or interruption of the Site;
8. criminal use of the Site or of its content by any person, of a defect, or omission or of any other factor beyond our control;
9. any use made of the Site due to a third party accessing the private areas requiring login and password by using a Visitor's Username and Password;
10. in case of discrepancies in the services, functions and any other feature offered by the Site due to viruses or bugs as it relates to all parameters that make up the Site, any damage, costs, expenses, losses, or claims brought about by said discrepancies;
11. any act or omission by an internet provider or of any other third party with whom Visitors may have contracted in order to have access to the Site. In case of litigation between the internet provider and Visitors, the Site cannot be a party to the suit, and such suit shall in no way affect these ToU;
12. any claim arising as a result of damages incurred by a Visitor due to the content of any material posted by another Visitor or other third party not authorized by the Site.
