Their volumes are not going down, on the contrary they are going up and up with a steady rhythm due to regulation in many markets.
Understantable but there's already competition offering asians+pinny with no fees for deposits and withdrawals
Of course bank transfers come with significant risks for some countries
a fact! that's why bank transfers isn't a solution for many of us
Suppose that the average of all actions leave a profit of 0.15% in the company
Come on now we are all adults here , it's no secret that AC as other agents is taking part of the action themselves producing much more profits than 0.15% , but even with 0.15% most of customers are producing turnovers of millions a month even half a million a month would be 750 eur for AC , don't tell me that they can't offer one free deposit/withdrawal at least for the first 5 or 10 k of deposit/withdrawal !

What Arbusers said.

AC cannot afford to pay Neteller/Skrill high charges, even if we turn over funds many times.  And as arbers often we will need to withdraw after 1 or 2 bets, or bust out quickly.  They cannot afford 2%, when they only get back 0.5%.

Also it doesnt run itself, office costs, server costs, computer costs, website costs, staff costs, heating and lighting costs etc etc etc etc
Never trust a goose!!!

I was contacted by a number of AC rivals. In fact there is growing pressure from a number of companies to have presence in our forum. One of the reasons why I keep them out is that I see shadows in their reliability and the way that they operate. Arbusers forum is losing money by keeping them out, but at the same time I make sure that our members are getting the best in terms of reliability and service by the 2 agents present in our forum. An other reason why I keep them out is that after negotiations with them i find out that they have no will to support any kind of cash back deal the same way like AC and PT do with our members. Also, a number of companies are characterized by a grandiose attitude against players. Several times I see the ''air that I don't care by the way''. There is space here only for those who do care and who are ready to sacrifice a significant part of their profits and thousands of working hours in order to serve us.

I strongly suggest to everyone not to attempt any covered or obvious promotion of services not supported by arbusers.

I suggest that you take a look at the sequence of the posts in regards to AC. You will find out that AC was offering leveraged accounts X8 to our members for a long period of time. You have to believe me that they lost money from our community and this is the reason why there in no X8 accounts any more. If you want to have bigger bets accepted you have to accept lower odds too. There are some agents, no need to mention the names here, offering leveraged accounts. Take a close look at their T&Cs and find out the risks that you are putting your self under.
You mentioned the example of half a million volume. If you deposit 5k-10k and have 500k volumes then indeed you have every moral right to ask for a free deposit and withdrawal. Your example is based on a X50-X100 roll over. But what if you deposit 500k, that will trigger a 16k fee to Skrill, bet once and then request a payment. how do you find this?
Their management had to make a decision about how to handle fees. My opinion is that they should offer a free deposit and withdrawal to those people that generate bigger volumes and roll overs. My opinion is well known to their management. Then there is a question, how to discriminate big and small boys. All parties have different criteria when answering this question. A player might think that 1000 euros volume is huge, but AC might think that everything below 100k is small.
Sorry for the long text.

From my point of view is bad to exclude alternative solutions from the forum. Some people may need the cashback some other may need free e-wallet transactions , some other may only need a lower betfair commission.

None can guarantee that an agent is going to be reliable. Even for the 2 existing in the forum...

So everyone is taking a personal risk.

But they all need their money safe.

Very much correct, but again a filter is appropriate.

If the main reason for keeping out alternative solutions is reliability I would say ok. But you also mentioned the cash-back offer which is not the first priority for all the players. Thanks for the declaration.

Close the account there & open a new one from here.
No need to excuse yourself to them.
Same goes for almost anywhere.

I just registered with them and - as mentioned in email I got - asked to set up test account to find out if I like them. I've got no idea how to get access to odds/bookies. All I see is:

Do I have to deposit (even on test account) to get access to odds/bookies?

There is no comment on your screenshot. Go for a real account and deposit there a small amount.
