me too ,I also wait more than three days,
And they replied me by email, they said they still waiting for their bank feedback.
And then they do not have exact time know that.

Same situation here, I wanted to make withdraw last monday (10/07/2017), after my request they said it is processed, they send screenshot of the bank transfer slip, X amount is deducted from my account, everything was going normal then I checked my bank account tuesday and wednesday, when I see no movements finally I mailed thursday and they said they are updating bank details thats why my transfer is not completed. Then at saturday they added X amount back to my account. Today I asked again and they said still they are working on and cannot give an estimation.

Thats bad, I am using them for 4 years and this is first time I am getting this problem. I hope they fix it soon. I do not want to use Skrill or Neteller. I am reading lots of negative reviews about Skrill and Neteller (conversion freuds).

Me too,same situation and I think many countries do not support e-wallet.

Today, I get tired of waiting (3 weeks passed we cannot use bankwire) and I opened a Skrill account to get a withdraw. Because they said that they are facing problems with bank so we customers can only use Ecopayz, Neteller or Skrill to deposit/withdraw as you know.

After I open Skrill account I gave a withdraw order, however this time they said "You have to deposit first with Skrill to use Skrill for withdrawing." I could not understand its reason and did not accept it because I have already money there and what they wanted from me is not logical. I wanted to get withdraw to my skrill account with same mail adress I use with them so there can be no logical reason for this "first deposit to get withdraw" rule.

Can you (other users) use Skrill for withdrawing from AsianConnect currently?

Edit 27/07/2017 : After I reject their "make deposit using Skrill" order, they completed my withdraw order of X Euros and I received money at my Skrill account now.

Edit 28/07/2017 : However even I send my selfie and all photos of my id and bills and even they verified my account, still I cannot withdraw my money from Skrill to my bank, they say follow instructions in your mail to verify your account. However I already verified my account and all limits seen unlimited at my profile. I mailed Skrill and waiting their answer.

Edit 29/07/2017 : After my mail, Skrill replied it 20 hours later and removed invisible block of withdrawing money, I could give withdraw order now.

Edit 01/08/2017 : I received X - 20 Euros. 5.5 Euros was Skrill's cost, 14.5 Euros is cut by bank I think. Not bad.

I must say very bad customer service

In fairness its not Asain Connect, its banks and governments excessive regulation.  I use PT agent and their bank refuses to accept payments from the UK last year just like that.

Governments dont just want to tax us to death, they also want to control what we do with what we have left after taxes.

Its becoming like North Korea more and more every day.

Dealer, my observations have nothing to do with the current situation with bank transfers.
Simple, an agent of such reputation can not afford such bad customer service.

Their bank account is open again,at last!
