I am wondering if there is anyone else in the same position like me. Or if anyone could provide a reliable advise.
I tried to withdraw a low 4 fig amount and I find myself in a situation where Ladbrokes keeps asking me for the same documents again and again. I tried with the best cameras I could possibly find but again they do not accept my photos. On top of that their Customer Service is one of the slowest I could ever imagine as it might take them a week before rejecting my documents. Needless to say my account is legit.
Is there any way I could speed up this process? A fast lane maybe? Or any trick to make them answer faster and in the end accept my documents? I am afraid If they continue like this it will take me 2 months to collect my winnings.
I would appreciate any answer. Thank you very much in advance.

Re: Ladbrokes how long to collect winnings?
Arbusers wrote an article that addressed this issue. Maybe another forum member can provide the link.
I think ultimately you need to threaten them with legal action - https://www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-for-money
Hopefully, you have a history (and evidence) of what steps you have taken in supporting them meeting their KYC requirements and can show how they are being deliberately obstructive.
You'll get your money eventually, they are just trying to discourage you from winning with them again.

There is a similar story here: viewtopic.php?t=6
If you are looking for further information on how to take legal action against a bookmaker, read the following: portal/how-to-take-legal-action-against-a-bookmaker/
However, in my view, Ladbrokes is not a rogue bookmaker, and it definitely worth it giving them some more time until the issue is resolved.

Re: Ladbrokes how long to collect winnings?
It is a common tactic these days.
Bookmakers, ewallets, fintec, they are all the same.
They call it the DDD tactic: Delay, Dont inform, Discourage.

Re: Ladbrokes how long to collect winnings?
They don't use the term ''Don't Inform''. They call it ''Don't educate'' instead, as they want to keep players (some of them legitimate) in the dark, so they really never know what hit them. In most of the cases I understand why they use the DDD tactic, but there are some completely unjustified to receive a treatment like this.Gambleridis wrote: They call it the DDD tactic: Delay, Dont inform, Discourage.

Re: Ladbrokes how long to collect winnings?
Very recently I had to face a DDD situation from a well known bookmaker (not Ladbrokes) where they refused to comment further in my case while keeping my funds. They then sent me an email saying that no further correspondence will take place and they will keep my money as a result of a business decision. They also used the word final.
I was advised by arbusers to contact the regulatory body while forwarding all emails to the bookmaker too. Magically they came back to the table saying that they are still looking at my case and they will reply within the next days.
Nothing is final, no DDD tactic works, until you decide that you lost your money.
Thank you.

If your question is how to react to their DDD tactics, my answer is, call a solicitor. Everything will speed up significantly.

Re: Ladbrokes how long to collect winnings?
How do you find the idea to create a list of solicitors that would specialise in gambling cases. This could be somewhere in the forum and people would be able to see it in case they need help. It could be a different list for every country.

Let's start then to create that list . That's the first name, specialized in cases under Curaçao legislation.

This is specialised in Curacao based companies, what are the options for the UK?

Why not the UKGC, see their decisions in the years regarding Matchbook, 1xBet, and others.

They are slow with me too. A tone of documents is requested.

Re: Ladbrokes how long to collect winnings?
Coral-Ladbrokes better avoid them like plague. They will play with you, void whatever they can void to get your money, hide behind their dubious terms. There are so many bookmakers out there.
