Are BIA not required to provide betting history? I got a 18bet account through BIA, and used it for a couple of months before getting limited(?). Later, when I asked BIA support to get the betting history from this account, for tax purposes, they said "that is not possible since the agency is closed down about a year ago." When trying to log in on 18bet, I get an error message saying the account is closed. Shouldn't they be able to contact 18bet and request this information, since they have the account information/email?
