Has anyone tried to bet only on football (league of five (England, Italy, Spain, Germany, France)), American football, hockey, baseball, tennis and basketball (NBA) and only the most famous leagues?
Can that help to stay "under the radar" when we talk about limits, and of course playing only on goals, handicaps and wins without betting on 1st/2nd half/quarter/set.

In most cases it will help your accounts live longer but eventually they will get limited. There is no way to hide forever, you can't hide your profits. And then it depends on your bookie, maybe they will limit you to like $5 and will keep it like that or maybe they will ban you completely.
