The Gambling Commission has failed you. You can complain about the Commission. Refer to their website. The staff face the prospect of having no jobs in the new year because they have failed to protect customers like yourself.
They have allowed Canbet to trade for the 3 months and racked up many more thousands of pounds in the process from customers.. They will face the consequences too when The Sun report their findings and will be seeking for their heads.

good news from my side, today Canbet paid me 1000€ withdrawal request that I raised on 04/10/2013. 
Now I'm waiting the other one (2000€) that I raised on 18/11/2013

I have been waiting for £3254 since 23rd October. That is 71 days and counting.
It is good to hear that people are still being paid but I agree, they are paying smaller outstanding amounts to people who have been waiting for less time than I.
I remain optimistic of payment, but my optimism reduces every day.

Canbet suspended its operating activity with regard to taking bets and new deposits from 31 December 2013. At that time the Commission explained some of the steps it was taking and that it would be receiving a progress report by 6 January.
Since that date we have received a number of further enquiries and can confirm we are continuing to actively engage with Canbet over their efforts to resolve these issues.''

After five years of stagflation I'm surprised more of the thinly capitalized books haven't gone belly up as betting liquidity has dried up.

Everyone will probably get paid eventually if the company is insolvent and goes into liquidation. Though if you're one of the ones waiting weeks and weeks for a withdrawal perhaps you'ld like the names currently listed as being behind Canbet:

I remind you the wauw case where people got back only 50% of their balances because their assets worth was very low.
