I hope you are all doing well.
My best friend currently resides in the USA, and I am looking for recommendations on reliable and trustworthy soft bookmakers available in the country. Specifically, I am interested in platforms that offer good opportunities for Arbitrage or Value betting. Any suggestions of 5-10 bookmakers would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Markos, there is no answer to your question.
Every single US state has different bookmakers, and all bookmakers are offering different odds to bettors depending on the state tax.
I believe you should ask about specific states and not the US as a whole.

Massachussetts has Fanatics, Draftkings, Caesers, ESPNBet and BetMGM. All are beatable and all will limit.

I guess some respectable off-shore are brilliant for Football and Baseball markets in terms of the odds & limits offered, provided that "bonuses" aren't a target.

The only respected offshore left are BOL and probably BM (I am not sure about BM as they were hammered pretty hard in live markets so now they are very cautious).

Fully agree, BOL are awesome, especially for Baseball. There are moments when you're allowed to put bigger positions than in Pinny.
If you model Football/Baseball (I mean not only NFL & MLB here), and calculate your fair odds, there are some moments, when low-vig lines for some markets are quite similar to (-102) vs. (-105), offered by entities such as 105 & LV.
By the way, 105 made some changes in their interface, so I'm skeptical isn't it too risky at the start of the Football season?
Other entities? Despite 4Casters' odds and limits offered are not OK, they would be useful in some very rare moments provided that the triggers are in effect.

It is a matter of time until the US smart betting scene comes back to its pre-2006 glory. I am noticing the companies of the ''other side'' taking an increasing number of contracts from US bookmakers.

Re: USA Soft Bookmakers
I am digging further in the open meetings organised by the Massachusetts Gaming Committee (MGC), and I must say what is happening there is something very important.
First, I am astonished by the transparency of the MGC, streaming on line all discussions. Really, is there any European Gaming Committee able and bold enough to do the same? Can any other gaming body expose the laundry?
Rogue bookmakers are exposed not only with their presence, but also with their absence. I am not sure where this will lead. Hopefully, the best case scenario would be a minimum guaranteed amount of bet. This is discussed in Europe for almost 20 years, with no happy ending. Even if it leads nowhere, even if the next POTUS kills it, it is a lesson for those who watch.
