What's the minimum amount for USDT deposit via ERC20? How long is the average time for my deposit to reflect on my account?

The minimum amount should be around 10USDT. It should reflect within 2-5 minutes. Just make sure you don't forget to copy and paste the transaction hash in order to avoid delays

I came to their live chat support and ask if there's a customer service on those social media and they sAid NONE!
It is more easy to go on their live chat IMAO than wasting time contacting there! LOL

Have you tried reaching out via their Telegram or Twitter instead of using live chat support? Many users, myself included, prefer using these messaging apps. While live chat support is convenient, some promotions are specifically targeted at Telegram or Twitter followers. For example, I discovered PIWI247 a few months ago through a Spanish Twitch streamer who mentioned they were offering 30 euros (no deposit required) for all their Telegram users. Initially, live chat support told me I was ineligible for the promotion. However, when I asked for help via Telegram, I received my 30 euros right away. Maybe this is the reason why I prefer reaching out via their socials more rather than going for live chat support. But again, this is heavily dependent on preference. Both can work and I'm not against anyone who would reach out via their live chat support.

Besides, I'm only trying to help in my own little way. This shouldn't be a big deal, and if it is, then I'd rather stay quiet

It makes no sense adding an additional intermediate in your communication with a bookmaker, if you can contact directly. Especially if this intermediate is a SM with a negative reliability like Facebook.

Tried PIWI247 and got no issues when depositing using USDT! However, I'd prefer to contact live chat support instead of searching for their social medias. There are a lot of scams happening and I would want to avoid such things by sticking to website's provided services.
