Verification Documents at Ladbrokes
Hi, guys. I have a serious problem with Ladbrokes. I have verified my account there, and I have been betting for two months with no problem with withdrawals. But a week ago, they refused my withdrawal, as I couldn't wager the amount which I deposited, because they killed my account, and I can't bet there now. I was asked for a UK Passport or Driving License. I don't have UK Identification documents. I work here, and I've got a bank account. I have sent them my bank statement and my Bulgarian Passport, but they told me they need a UK ID. Can you give me some advice on what to do? Has anyone had this problem there? Beware!

Before they didn't ask any docs, know ask a lot of docs and photos. Even for Uk native residents, Ladbrokes required three times photos of the documents. Docs in different angles and photos with high resolutions of the documents.
You or your friend, as EU residents, do not need any UK identification. You can send the UK social security card and see if they accept.
If not, make a complaint in one of these entities:

Re: Verification Documents at Ladbrokes
They don't have the right to ask only for UK identification documents since they are accepting non UK nationalities within UK.
DO NOT share your NIN with any bookie.

Ladbrokes paid today, after 2 and half months, my friend balance. "He" made a complaint in SBR and IBAS (http://www.ibas-uk.com/)

Re: Verification Documents at Ladbrokes
Do you guys believe that bookmakers like Ladbrokes and WilliamHill are rejecting documents on purpose simply to discourage winning players from betting with them? I believe yes.

I also have another theory. In times like this, where every company must have significant cash in the cashier, they might make over their balance sheet by withholding player's funds, and thus regulators, accountants, shareholders and management, will all be a nice company.
Re: Verification Documents at Ladbrokes
I believe discouraging players is the most recent trick from bookmakers. They understand that some players are smarter than their traders and softwares and they have no legitimate way to stop these players. So what is left, is try to discourage them with endless exchange of e-mails and delays.neopas wrote: Do you guys believe that bookmakers like Ladbrokes and WilliamHill are rejecting documents on purpose simply to discourage winning players from betting with them? Re: Verification Documents at Ladbrokes
It came to my attention that more and more bookmakers, agents and payments processors, are adopting the DDD tactic (Delay, Discourage, Don't Inform) to stop legitimate and illegitimate players. They put everyone in the same meat grinder.

Thank you.
Re: Verification Documents at Ladbrokes
I am asking you to create a new article on the DDD tactics. A video would be great also.
Thank you.
