I am at a moment where I feel like the KYC-Team of asianconnect doesn't really know what they are demanding. I try to describe the current situation the best I can.

I started using asianconnect and they wanted me to send them some documents of me to verify my account. I verified it with my ID etc. and they gave me the "verified" status.
After winning some money I made a withdrawal and everything worked fine. The second withdrawal I tried to do though, lead me to a site which said I need to contact kyc@asianconnect88.com. I did that and a supporter called Lhei told me to send them some more documents which I again did.

They again demanded my ID, my passport, my bank statement (even though I only use bitcoin with them) and my internet bill (which has my parents name on it so I sent them a birth certificate with it). It seemed they accepeted my documents and I thought we'd be able to close the case. Lhei sent me a new mail though in which she demanded to use only one bitcoin address for withdrawals with them and as well a screenshot of my bitcoin wallet which shows my name and my address on it. Anyone who knows how bitcoin or cryptocurrencies wallets in generals works knows that they are completely anonymous and so don't use names. I tried to explain that to her but she just ignored my explanation and persisted to receive this screenshot. I tried to explain it a second time with some more details but she just ignored and wrote: "Go to your wallet settings then send screenshot that shows your name and bitcoin address.". This is of course a task that is literally impossible and cannot be fulfilled. I am at a point where I don't know what to do other than explaining her how bitcoin works. I already sent her a screenshot of my wallet which shows my address (without a name ofc) but she didn't accept that seemingly.

Anyone has contact to asianconnect and could help me with this problem? I would be really thankful for that.
