Title. Just registered yesterday on VIPIBC after having an old PS3838 account with them and they claim it was closed due to fraudulent betting and that I had been warned?

To this day I have only used PS3838, have recieved a total of 0 warnings and the last emails I have from there are about my balance being low and my account being terminated due to inactivity.

Will attach screenshot proof below. I did use a new email to register this account which I dont think has a previous history with them, but I have extensive proof I absolutely did not get any account closed due to fraudulent betting lol.

The new account I opened was VIPIBC, not PS3838.

I don't recall ever having a VIPIBC account, at best it was just for testing.

I forgot to mention that I've exchanged a number of emails with them and even sent KYC before they informed I was "warned to not open any new accoutns with them" which makes the situation 10x weirder. (will attach screenshosts as proof)

You are not completely convincing with your wording.
Are you 100% sure you have just 1 account with them? Maybe they treat your test account as a real one, and maybe you received emails and warnings in the emails you used to contact them or open your accounts with.
Never the less, my suggestion is to stay with the 4 supported by the forum agents.
