Everybody can say whatever he wants, but only with proofs. As we believe that you are using people for fake reports about our site. We request from you to post all the evidence, for what are you saying for Sirbobet.

We understand again, that some people here have interests and connection with other companies and this is why we have this war by people like you. There are answers here in the forum by happy customers but obviously this is not in your interests to write about this, but your main work is just to say that kind of words about our company.

We want to thank those who have faith in the Sirbobet and be sure that day by day we will become even better,even if It does not appeal to some.

But you were changing them every five minutes - check your previous posts/spam

If someone signs up with you that is a contract - it has to be honoured by BOTH parties - if you change those terms AFTER people sign up it makes you look like a SCAM

We notify here before 4 months!!! that we changed our terms to make them better for our customers, even and this is bad?

We will never block any account of a member of our site, simply we just pushed the state, to make the user say the truth!

There is no user-member of Sirbobet that his has not took his money.

Give some kind of regards to your costumers, as well...

What a weird industry when someone so completely inept at PR is representing a "company". Hilarious of course, but a bit scary.

As I see it, there are some things to be clarified:
When 5110 registered his account?
What were the T&Cs during the time of the account registration?
Did Sirbo follow the T&Cs according to the date of registration?
Did 5110 make a mistake when asking for a bank payment?

When these questions are answered by both sides, we will know who is right and who is wrong.
Oterwise, it will not be fair accusing anyone here.

OK we are all ears.
I dont see who is the 2nd gentleman, but you should also keep in mind that you cant survive in this business if you threaten people with legal action.
First of all, this gives a very bad impression to potential clients.
Secondly, all parties can use leagal action, in places and courts where you can't protect your interests.
Thirdly, the word of mouth is the best way to promote your services and this is where you should focus.

Let me give you a couple of examples. If you provide proof that 5110 is paid, then 5110 will shut the f@ck up.
If Helias, a well known reliable and trustworthy player reports on your service, then you get a green light.
And if you stress clearly your T&Cs, then again the game becomes fair.

His register date on Sirbobet.com was on: 11/11/2013 @ 14:18:19, you can see in the photo all his withdrawals that are all completed!

on 16/3/2014 @ 19:29:58 the user requested a withdrawal but we couldnt process his request because he gave us a wrong IBAN!  we inform him to give us his correct information to continue.

on 18/3/2014 @ 14:09:55 he requested again (with the correct information) his withdrawal, as you can see was succesfull after some hours at 16:47:47

His previous withdrawals seem to be via MB.

Previous withdrawals were via MB utill the amount of deposits is covered. This is according to Sirbo's T&Cs (correct me if I am wrong).
I will need 5110's confirmation of this status, and also information about his bank-wire payment.

I was wondering to whom the wrong IBAN number belongs.
I think i have the right picture in my mind.
So far Sirbo's actions look legit.

If you want the best for your customers then may you explain please why dont you act like pinnacle,sbobet ect which allow all kind of withdrawals to e-wallets even without verification in some cases. Why this tricky bank  withdrawal ?

This photo is proof that Sirbo honors their T&C and are relliable with their payments ... this is good news!

However is also a small proof that Sirbo is losing the battle against other bookies ( because when you welcome us as your customers you wage war against every other bookie) and rises the question that troubles us all  ... how is it possible a european bookie that welcomes arbers to be succesfull (produce profits)??

Perhaps all that we wanted to highlight was included in my previous post. I may underline again that several opinions of other Sirbobet users would be useful here, and yes - it is a good sign that the user was paid and you are back into discussion.
