I m really bothered by PaySafe.
They closed all of my accounts, the accounts that belong to my relatives and the accounts that belong to my friends. I am talking about 15yo accounts. Soon they would be adults. In some cases they closed the accounts that I sent some pocket money 10-12 years ago, with no other record. Someone searched the history of the accounts going back to 2010, even before that year.
What is the meaning oh keeping an ewallet account? Ewallets primary purpose is to send money to friends and relatives. If this transaction is demonised, then PaySafe you can shut business straight away.

Re: What is going on PaySafe?
in 2018 you could have 1000 skrill and neteller accounts in any name and value bet for thousands of euros in each account, some accounts i remember having 50k euros plus just sitting there and there was no worries, my theory is they were hit hard by money launderers and criminals in this same period and since then they have turned to a disgrace, nothing more

Re: What is going on PaySafe?
I heard from friends that the paysafe group (skrill paysafe neteller) has started kicking out any newly registered user they suspect to be a professional bettor with summary judgments.
They are now closing skrill and neteller and paysafe accounts that are fully verified, without any apparent reason since the first days or first weeks. They neither accept money from other users nor do they trade very large amounts. The only possible hindrance on the part of new players is perhaps the intense activity during the first days of registration.
The most dangerous thing for a new user who will lose his digital wallet account is to have a balance available in a betting account that he cannot transfer to the corresponding digital wallet that financed it. The only solution now will be to withdraw through a bank, after first having to inform the betting company of his traumatic experience with the Paysafe group.
In any case, I now believe that betting companies and digital wallets are working together to throw out those who they themselves think are trying to get back into the game.

Re: What is going on PaySafe?
Paysafe lost their biggest customer (bet365) and since then they went downhill. They realised its a matter of time before closing officialy, so now just trying to steal as much as posible.
It´s a scam company and I still don´t know why Arbusers still affiliates them.

Re: What is going on PaySafe?
I don't want to believe that such a thing can be true. If they wanted to steal money, they would block the accounts with a large balance and not return the money to the beneficiary users. I think their real goal is to regain the lost trust from the betting companies. They chose to primarily have as customers the betting companies and to a much lesser extent the registered users.
But they do it very casually, inelegantly and without typesetting. Algorithms that automatically block accounts are flawed.

Re: What is going on PaySafe?
It is made clear to PaySafe they are disappointing people and valued customers left and right and some of these closures are so unreasonable. The frustration is real across the company managers up to the higher management, however, to a great expend they set on "cleaning the business/traffic", whatever that means, however anyone understands that.
Yet, in my view, some of this closures remain to be unreasonable and unfair.
Any service and any company advertised in our forum has something to offer to a certain audience. You may not like PaySafe but even under these specific circumstances some people find their services irreplaceable. Over the years we had many complaints for all (with no exception) companies we work with. By making a favour to one disappointed client, we could kill the business of 10 clients who operate perfectly well and they choose to stay in silence. We will not follow your advise, allow us to believe ''we know better''.
In the end, if we exclude all companies from our forum, who will stand up when a real problem comes to a member?

Re: What is going on PaySafe?
We may don't like paysafe, unfortunately, there is no alternative option in the market.
2-3 years ago, some suggested epayments.com as a descent alternative to paysafe and we saw how the story ended.

They closed my account for no reason. I only used it to fund my BIA account for the past 2-3 years no bet365 transfers and stuff like that and I dont understand their reason so I come to 2 possible conclusions
1 Either the searched the whole history going back to 2015-2018 period which I think is unlikely
2 Beacuse BIA is not legal in my country and they want to comply with local regulations (most possible)
Re: What is going on PaySafe?
Im on the same opinion with you but thats a stupid decision on their behalf i think because no recreational punter will use skrill or neteller to deposit to bet365 or other bookies to play their 10 euro parlay therefore they will go out of business soon thats why they try to turn into this crypto trading thingYorgos1 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 25, 2022 11:21 pmI don't want to believe that such a thing can be true.
