Its the same thing. The mail would go to broker account.
Not quite. You are trying to avoid receiving the mail in the first place by
distributing your action across a number of accounts in an attempt to disguise your identity\patterns
That is true. The new thing here is that previously there was no need to distribute in pinnacle.
It seems that now they have opened the pandora's box.
First, lowering limits.
Than taking more margin from odds.
Updated their terms and conditions against bot action.
And now this.

By using a platform like Mollybet (offered by the agents here) there is no need to distribute the action as hundreds of people would be using the same accounts and the platform automatically divides the action between 3 to 10 Pinnacle accounts of it's own.

It is very sad to assume that such a claim corresponds to the latest T & C edition from pinny.  :(
kapetan1122, did you make arbitrage rates manually?

Dear Client,

Thank you for contacting us.

As mentioned in our Terms & Condition 5.7:

We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager at any time for whatever reason, including any bet perceived to be placed in a fraudulent manner in order to circumvent our betting limits and/ or our system regulations.

We appreciate your understanding.

So this is their answer, for me it looks like i get it from some softbook,as i stated before nothing fraudulent wasnt from my side so only option what has left is that they ban me because i am winning player.

If you are sure you are right, then you can create a topic on the sportsbookreview forum and post a complaint.
The forum has pinnacle contacts and will be able to contact them.
Maybe they will change their decision if there is publicity, that there is a contradiction "we welcome the winners."

I believe this is the key to the story.
The accusation for fraud is in the context of a list of excuses to deny sharp action.
The ''we welcome winners'' policy is long time gone.

SBR is a joke and i dont want to have anything with them,i had few complaints before and last one was about betcris(one of their payed A+) sportsbook who openly told me that i am sharp and denied me some bets and lowered odds on my account and when i made complain about it SBR just banned me without any reason.
Story is that industry is changing on worse and we all need to addopt on it,this was just my warning to others what they can expect in near future.

Well the ratings at SBR obviously mean that the sportsbook pays, not that are happy with sharp action.
I am still not sure what to make of this tbh.

Have to take Kapetan side. SBR mostly care about profit, same as probably all forums these days. I read their forum on daily basis since ages and there are a lot topics when they blindly defend bookies that advertise there no matter what case. Their rating is fine in most cases but when dealing with them you need to take into consideration that if you're against bookies they are connected with you won't get what you expect to achieve.

This is where we need our own social media profile pushing an agenda involving the serious issues here, I'm sure there are already some popular names on Twitter to try and contact. This needs as much oxygen as possible.

The rating means they pay SBR.  Period.  Nothing else.  I even have a sneaky suspicion 1xbet may have given them something to get their rating upgraded.  That doesn't mean SBR won't try and help players if and when they can.
